I wanted to replace the floors in my home myself and stopped by here on a whim. What I got was a tremendously positive service experience - Derrick Torres continually made an effort to understand what my goals were and to help steer me towards them. He answered all my questions across repeated visits with the patience of a saint, got me the product I wanted at a good price, helped me load it, and referred me to other excellent contractors to assist me with other tasks. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tampa Flooring Gallery installed carpet in our Mobile home and I turned out wonderful. George installed the carpet in one day and cleaned everything up and moved all the furniture back with a smile. We could have never moved all that furniture. We thank them for doing such a great Job.

The project consisted of removing old tile, leveling/repairing foundation and installing new flooring. Removal and installation went very well. Installers were very professional and kept the house in order as much as possible during the project.

The workmen did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. The manager is Ron Michlin, and he's awesome. We researched various places throughout Tampa. Other contractors said that was one of the best tile jobs they'd ever seen. I would 100% use them again.

I've never worked with anyone as professional as them. They were on top of everything and will work with you on the pricing. They were on-time, clean and well-mannered. They were absolutely wonderful to work with.

Ron was very helpful from start to finish. He spent a lot of time with us to explain the pros and cons of different types of flooring and helping us make a decision as to what flooring to choose. Tampa Contract Floors has a relatively large showroom with a lot of different products to choose from. There were a few delays during the installation work but we also decided to add additional flooring for 2 bedrooms in the middle of things so it was understandable. The installers did a reasonably good job on the installation although there were a few punch list items related to certain parts of the floor and baseboards which they resolved on the day of the final walk-through. I think that the installers could have done a better job coordinating the work at my house with some of their other projects. But Ron stayed on top of things throughout the project. Overall, we are very happy with our new floors. Ron wants to keep his clients happy and was able to accommodate some of our special requests. They also have a 2 year warranty on their installation work.

This company was great to work with. Right after I bought the house, a representative came out to St. Petersburg to give me an estimate. He made another trip to bring a number of samples and was very very helpful with his suggestions. I was quite concerned that the work start the day after I closed on my house and that it be finished by the following Thursday when I had all of the movers scheduled. They even worked on Saturday to make sure that the floor was completed in time for my move. They were very professional and pretty much cleaned up after they were done. (I would have liked a little more thorough cleaning around the baseboards but I am kind of particular about that, so I did not hold that against them.) They definitely cleaned all of the obvious dust. After the work was completed the owner followed up to make sure I was happy with my floors and I LOVE the floors. They did top quality work and for a good price.

Ron is very knowledgeable about wood flooring as a whole. He listened to our needs and offered a variety of suggestions that fit. From the beginning it was apparent that Ron was just as interested in selling us the right product as he was in our overall satisfaction. The installation crew was top notch: maticulous, clean and extemely courteous. Ron followed up after the job was completed to confirm we were satisfied with the work. I will use his company again without hesitation when we are ready to install wood flooring in our master bedroom.

This covered approximately 750 square feet and for a new company, I was surprised with the professionalism, the integrity of their pricing and the implication of the flooring project plan. They also brought in house cleaners after the fact and they cleaned up the area that was affected by dust, which was essentially the whole house. The flooring and trim work was highly professionally done.
