+ -1 moreI had a new printer, and there was a power outage in south Tampa. When the power came back on, the printer started making noise and the cartridges starting moving. They stopped in the wrong place, and various sounds started emanating from the printer. I know very little about computers and printers and when I couldn't figure out what to do, I took it to Computer Doctors. The guy was great. He was very nice, fixed it promptly while I waited, and didn't charge me anything. They will be my go-to place for any computer or printer problems in the future.
Description of Work: My printer was jammed and a staff member unjammed it.

+ -1 moreMy Dell desk top computer died one evening after a power surge. Being somewhat knowledgeable I diagnosed the loss of the power source. I called the store on Monday to get an estimated based on my diagnosis. They were polite, professional and quickly provided store hours and costs estimates. The morning I was at the store when it opened at 9:30AM. I explained my problem and diagnosis. They offered me a free diagnostic exam of my machine and if my diagnosis were right I could have my computer back the end of the day. As promised I picked up my machine at 5:00PM. They installed a new upgraded power unit and did it all for $75.00.
Description of Work: Replaced Dell desk top power sources with upgraded unit.
