Doug has been cutting my lawn for a very long time now. He has come along way since he started and is really a full fledge Landscaping company. He has always does a great job and always comes out as soon as I call him. I am unable to have him cut the grass on a regular basis because I can't afford it, but he has been very understanding and patient with me, so therefore it gets pretty long at times when I call him to cut it. It looks so nice when it cuts

At first, Doug did a great job. He came when he said, performed the services, and it looked.. okay. The backyard had a much higher spot where the trees and shrubs used to be and he put sod on it anyways, and he said, "it'll even out." We believed him. And the new drain out of our side of the house is supposed to be graded so that it gradually goes from high to low, but we can't see below the grass.. Soo.... Now, it's the rainy season. Now, our backyard is FLOODED. That high spot never "evened out".. the older sod is now dying from water that sits on it. The drain he put in does not work, and was not graded well so that water from our roof going down the side of the house is MORE FLOODED than it used to be. I'm two calls in with NO RESPONSE. Great job Doug. Thanks for making us now look for another person to do the work so we can have a backyard that is not flooded. If you'd like to respond to this, would love to talk to you.

Ted Swanson has been mowing and maintaining the common ground areas of the sub-division for over a year. His crew does a great job; they dependable and thorough! In addition they charge $60 a month less than the previous company we used. Ted's crew also has helped us implement improvement projects such as planting trees, installing benches, and updating the irrigation system. They always do a first class job!

I love them! I use them every month for lawn care.

I've been using them for years. I originally saw them doing someone else's lawn so I asked them about doing my lawn. He came and gave me an estimate. They were very personable and professional. They will let me know what I can and cannot afford. They let me know what I need or don't need to do and what is over the top. He charges me $65 a visit but I pay him $95 because $65 is too low because I have 3/4 of an acre. He is extremely sweet and generous. I think he is underselling or underrating himself. I've used them for 4 or 5 years. They are prompt to respond when I call them. It is a real small company. He has been charging me the same amount the last 5 years so he hasn't raised his rates so I pay him more because it is not just him; he has a crew to pay.

The Lawn Service shows up every week to cut my yard. My normal day is Monday, but ifit is raining or some other problem keeps them from cutting on Monday then they will be out some other day that week. The amount above is for a monthly service. We have used Swanson's for several years now and are very happy with their work.

The crew is polite and hardworking. Their work is always professional.

They are very dependable. They do a good job and are neat. They have a stable crew; we have had the same people for at least 6-7 years.

Contacted Swanson's Lawn Service to maintain the landscaping at my home. Spoke with the owner, Doug over the phone and set an appointment "same day" to provide a quote. I was impressed. His crew was able to start my monthly maintenance starting TODAY!! How about that for customer service! They did a great job edging, "weed wacking" and cutting the grass on the entire property. They even swept the driveway and walkway to my front door. I'm now looking forward to not having to spend every Saturday throughout the Summer doing yardwork. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

Doug, contacted me the next business day. We set up a time for an estimate that day after work. Performed the tree service the next day. Very reasonable, very professional. I will not look further for any lawn maintenance. I will contact Swanson's every time.

I called him to get an estimate, which twice he didn't show up to meet with me. Once I spoke to him, he quoted me for the work (which was quite high for the hauling of a truck worth of trash, approximately $200. When I told him I was not going to use his services, he did not seem to concerned about loosing the opportunity. I was originally also going to consider using him for regular maintenance. After not showing up to give me an estimate, I told him that I wouldn't be needing his services.
