 + -1 moreIt started out great. Susan was attentive and showed us houses with very little notice. We put a contract on a house that fell through due to items found on the inspection report. We lost our initial deposit because the contract was not written to allow us to back-out after an unsatisfactory inspection. We would hire Smith and Associates again, but would just be more careful in reading our contract.
Description of Work: She worked as our buying agent for a couple of months. She helped us search for houses and put in a contract on one house.
