Called Bill Haggerty of Superior Spa Repair to check our 30 year-old jacuzzi. A bit confused as the phone seemed like a residential line, but Bill called us right back. The jets were no longer putting out air. They had all failed within 2 weeks. He diagnosed the problem and told us what to do to repair it. We were skeptical when he told us to replace the jet valve but we did. He told us the brand name and what to get. The problem was immediately fixed after we installed the new parts. We were all set to junk the spa. He saved us thousands! Best money we ever spent! Thanks Bill!

Bill came out 12/30/08 found that we needed a part to fix the leak and came back the following day to fix the leak. But I found it was still leaking after he left on 12/31 right before a long weekend. I called back right away but he didn't get back to me until the following Monday. It was a holiday weekend and he is a one man operation so it is understandable that he took some time off. I think he was tardy in calling back that Monday (afternoon) since I had left a message several days before. He came back Tuesday morning and was back on Wednesday morning with the part and got the the leak(s) stopped. He was always there when he said he'd be there and I felt like his price was reasonable.
