+ -1 moreSuperior Electric failed to install 2 working pantry door switches, and the circuits in two garages, a kitchen island, and rear outside lighting all failed to work after a month, although no breakers tripped. An HVAC contractor then pointed out another switch that when turned on causes sparks in the main electric panel. I called Superior electric on Friday morning to ask them to fix the failed power circuits. They did not call back. I called again on Monday. An appointment was set up for Tuesday. On Tuesday Superior Electric called at 11 A.M. to say that they had called and since I did not answer (I was in the shower) they would not come out. I complained and they said, and I quote, "We have been in business for 50 years, and we don't need your little bit of business." They are arrogant and beyond irresponsible, but probably work only as a subcontractor for general contractors who never tell you who they have hired on your behalf. I would stay miles away from these guys.
Description of Work: Superior Electric wired our new residence in Land O Lakes, FL. in 2005.
