The phone was answered on a Saturday morning. I was called back promptly after checking the schedule. The cost was half of another firm for the same work. The cleaning crew arrived on time and did an excellent job.

They arrived on time and quickly began the work. The ladies are very good at their job. The work is top notch. Recommend this company

It's been hard to find a good cleaning crew but we have finally found one! They show up on time and do a good job. We have been using them for over a year now.

After the second attempt, the cleaning service found my house, which is slightly hard to find and performed a very good cleaning of my house. The two person crew did an excellent job and cleaned my entire 2 bedroom 2.5 bath house in just under 2 hours. I will use them again!

They had confirmed originally they could come in the afternoon. When asking again for a morning, they were able to get this scheduled. I had called them multiple times to get this appointment. They called me late last night around 8PM. They had to cancel on me last minute because of a co-worker being sick. I spoke with the employee Adrianna she had given me attitude and said they could send the worker sick if I wanted. I do not think this is appropriate.

Two representatives came to clean and did an amazing job! Both were on time, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning - even cleaned things I didn't request. Everything was spotless (such a great feeling), and I couldn't be happier with their service. I will definitely use Sunshine again.

The service went very well. They were very prompt and they got the whole job done. The cost was a little over a hundred for each time. That was all like $124 for eight hours both times. They do two people for four hours. If I did need to, I would use them again, but we do not leave there anymore.

Purchased 4 hours of cleaning service. THe house is unoccupied and I told them to do as much cleaning as possible for 4 hours as I would not be there. The crew got there and had to call me for the lock box. I gave them instructions again and told them I just wanted them to use their judgment but give me solid 4 hours. Well I ended up surprising them and yes they were there the whole time and did a fabulous job. Typically, when not supervised I have had bad luck but I trust this company fully. I will definitely use again. They brought all the supplies and were very professional. The guy who mopped even took off his shoes so there were no streaks.

They did an excellent job of cleaning, cleaned everything and even stayed a little over the 4 hrs. to get everything done.

This was a big deal purchase. This one turned out to be complicated. I am not terribly happy with that one. The issue was I paid for the big deal. When they called to schedule it I let them know it was because I was moving out. They told me that move out cleaning was separate, which was not indicated in the big deal. They would not credit my $75 towards the difference. So I have not used the big deal because I do not want to use them again. They were over an hour and a half late showing up for the cleaning because they got lost and did not even call. So I was sitting in an empty townhouse with my infant child for an hour waiting for them. The cleaning itself was fantastic. They cleaned very, very well. The organization of it -- I will never use them again and I will not recommend them. I have not even used the $75 and, frankly, I don't even want to deal with them to get it back. It took less than the amount of time I paid for, but they said it was for a more in-depth cleaning so that was completely different. It would have been helpful if they had spelled it out in the big deal then i would not have purchased it. The people who do the cleaning are great -- the people who do the organizing are not. I had to call them three times to find out what is happening.

I had two people for 3 hours. They brought their own cleaning supplies and did a good job of doing a fundamental cleaning of the house. The service was exceptional for the deal price I got on Angie's List.

It didn't. The provider failed to respond to our requests.

It went well - accomplished exactly what I required.

After purchase we called the provider several times and they did not return calls. We finally got in touch with them and the could not perform the service for approx 30 days. They were not very friendly, sort of cold on the phone.

Bought this Big Deal in May for someone that was about to undergo cancer surgery and treatment. E-mailed to let the company know what was going on and she would contact them when ready. They said no problem. She started calling them the first of October three times with the last one on 10/12. She got absolutely no response from them. Decided if they wouldn't even return her call she didn't really want them in her house.

We specifically hired a cleaning service to clean the 3 bathrooms and the glass in 2 large glass curios. I did not realize until there was about 15 minutes left from our 2 hour deal that they had spent a good portion of time cleaning things we did not ask to be cleaned. Apparently their English was not very good because after they finished the master bedroom and bathroom I pointed towards the two other bathrooms and the glass curios and asked for those to be cleaned. I then went into the kids playroom to keep my son occupied while they did so. I came back out 30 minutes later and they were cleaning the kitchen. I then pointed to the curios and asked them to please clean the glass. I went back to the playroom and a few minutes later I looked and they were mopping the family room floor. At that point my wife went over and reemphasized the curios at which point they did clean the glass as they were packing up to leave. The other two bathrooms were not cleaned. What they did clean, they did a good job on but I would not use this service again given that I am unable to communicate what I want done. The D I gave for responsiveness corresponds to the inability to effectively respond to my instructions for what to clean. If you are going to perform work at a non-spanish speaking house, please send someone who can speak some degree of English or at least inform the home owners that the workers will not be able to understand English instructions. I do want to emphasize that I the work that was performed was fine.

That was well. It was good. There were two people and they were there for 3 hours. They were prompt. They brought all their own materials so they didn't need anything from me.

It went great. What they did, instead of the six hours is they sent more people so they ended up less hours but they did everything. It took less the time because they had more people. The deal was a mother's day gift.

It was great. I had them come in August. It was a gift for Mothers Day. They did everything but they had less time because there were more people.

Very good company. I definitely recommend them.

A team of 2 worked 4 straight hours. We stayed out of their way. Very meticulous.

They showed up on time and did a great job. Had their system down pat, and just set to it and got it done. Definitely recommend them, and I'd use them in the future.

I had by nanny relay the details. Of what I wanted done. So I'm not sure if she forgot a few... Overall, it was ok. I got what I paid for. I have incredible attention to detail though and in my opinion they did a very mediocre job in the blinds which is where I wanted them to focus and completely skipped dusting the light fixtures. N which is an are I'd asked my nanny to tell them to make sure they got. We just moved in to the house and it was extremely fuzzy with dust buildup on places like blinds and light fixtures.

Excellent job - one of the best deep cleans we've had. The ladies worked very hard and our house is sparkling. Would definitely use them again.

The owner and his two workers showed up an hour late, i called 10mins after the scheduled appointment time as I had not heard from them and was told they were on their way, ended up getting to my home an hour after the scheduled appointment time, they brought their own cleaning supplies and took them about 3hours to clean my 660 sq foot trailer home, it was supposed to be a deep cleaning and some things were deep cleaned and wiped down but for the price of $289.00 I was expecting ALOT more to be cleaned and scrubbed. I would pay $100-$150 max for this product but not the $289.00 that I had ended up spending for 3hours of work. I did some research on Angie's List afterwards and there are several others promotional deals at a much cheaper rate that I should and would choose next time around that basically would include everything that I paid for with Sunrise Cleaning of Tampa Bay. All in All based on them showing up an hour late, the price and quality of cleaning I would say I am not satisfied and would rate the company as a C grade. UPDATE: response to the provider.....that is incorrect, other companies provide better service for a much cheaper rate and I will be going with another company next time and will not recommend yours, the deal I bought on Angie's List is what I thought would be the best for what I wanted done yet I was disappointed. Also, if you tell a customer that you will be there at a specified time and your running late, its courteous and professional to call them, not wait for them to call an hour later.
