I was very pleased and impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of the work performed by Sunshine Cleaning.

We were absolutely thrilled with the work that was carried out. We had two cleaners for around 4 hours. Both worked hard from the moment they walked in the door and left the house spotless. They were very flexible- our original date had to be cancelled as we had no water in the house. Sunshine Cleaning were very understanding and accommodating when it came to making a new date and time, which we appreciated. The house was very busy as we had furniture deliveries and workmen in the house while they were there, but the crew just got on with it and worked around them. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

They are great, my house is always sparkling when they are finished. No issues and very trustworthy.

Not efficient and individuals within the team didn't appear to be able to work independently of the team leader. Very disappointing. When my 8 hour special was at six, I asked them to stop upstairs and start with the kitchen and bathrooms downstairs. They didn't and came down with 45 minutes total time left. They suggested that they could finish if I paid for more time. However, what they did was good, although they didn't dust under the beds. Wish I had found a reliable service which could come here once a week for a half day. Didn't find it.

I was disappointed in the quality of work. The top corners of most of the windows weren't done. Lots of streaks and water marks on other doors and windows. They attempted to skip the windows above my front door. I would not recommend them.

They were awesome. They were really good. They did an excellent job. They were the best housecleaners I’ve ever had. I happened to be sick so I stayed in my bedroom but they came in and they just started cleaning. I didn’t have to tell them anything. They started in the kitchen and they wiped out all of my stainless steel and from there, they just took over. They did the floors and everything.

I had some problems getting them to call me back and schedule my cleaning. I almost requested a refund, but so happy I did not. my house has never been this clean. They showed up with 3 cleaners which I really was nervous about as my house is a bit small, but it all worked out fantastic. They buzzed around my house cleaning corners that have not been cleaned in a long time, fans, Glass doors and more. I am going to hire them to come full time.

I was very pleased with the whole experience with Sunshine Cleaning. Making the appointment was very easy and when I had to change the date, there was no problem at all. They called the day before to confirm. The ladies were even a bit early. They got right to work and did a really fine job. I had been doing just the minimum around the house due to illness so they had a harder job than they should have. But they worked quickly and efficiently and left my house really clean. They had not been gone more than 15 minutes when their office called me to make sure that I was pleased with the job or if I had any complaints that they could make right. I would definitely recommend this company.

They showed up on time, supplies in hand and got to work right away. didn't have to babysit or micromanage, they know what they're doing, it was very worth it and would recommend them to everyone,.

Overall, it was good. Very professional but they missed a lot of "spots" and they seemed to be rushing.

I have a glassed in Florida room, not a screened porch. This room is used as a study, it has a couch, and has tile floors like the rest of my house. For some reason these cleaners decided that this room that is heated and air conditioned was not part of my house so the proceeded to act like they were finished and packed up to leave without cleaning that room. When I complained they said it was a porch but after I stood my ground they did the work. I have had other companies clean my house and never hear that nonsense. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Being a New Yorker, I know how to stand my ground even being a retired older person. Aside from that they worked hard, but because of that experience I would be hard pressed to recommend them.

Sunshine Cleaning of Tampa Bay may be the best cleaners and painters in history but Juan is not a man of his word. He never showed up or contacted me to say I was out of his area. His ad on Angie's List clearly stated that I lived within their service district but it never happened. I have our entire exchange in text message from a previous time when I hired his company to paint. If he says anything other than I have been exceedingly patient, he's more than irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional. Shame on you, Juan.

Company responded promptly to my purchase to schedule a date. Two ladies arrived on time. They did an outstanding job cleaning a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house that was way way overdue for cleaning. I will definitely use this company again, hope to setup a regular schedule with them to come 2x a month.

I purchased the special deal and they called me the next day. They were able to come on my first choice of days. They were punctual and polite. Before they started we discussed the scope of work to be done. They did a great job.

Provider showed up about 45 minutes late. It wasn't until I called 30 minutes after they were already supposed to be here that I found out that they would be at my house within another 30 minutes. They showed up after only 15 minutes. I asked why I did not receive a call indicating they were going to be late. The response I received was that they were busy cleaning and lost track of time. The coupon I purchased was for 4 hours of cleaning. When I made the appointment, I was informed that I would get 2 people for 2 hours, which was not a problem at all. A man and a woman showed, but neither well versed in speaking English. I think they did a great job of cleaning the bathrooms. I asked they be cleaned thoroughly, and they were. However, in the 2 hours they were here, that was really all they were able to accomplish. They dusted the fans, but the ones over the beds had dust particles all over the comforters. They didn't get to do any of the baseboards. I was told they ran out of time. Some of the hardwood floors were dust mopped only, which didn't demonstrate great cleaning. Overall, they did okay, but they took way too long to do the job. I think professionals can get alot done in 2 hours with 2 people.
