 + -1 moreHe reached out to me via e-mail and phone call. He answered all my questions prior to the visit by both methods I mentioned. He showed up on time, was polite and professional. We went around the property and he never once was rude and was happy to answer all my questions. He even ask a good amount of questions to me to learn more about the property so he could do the best job with all the details. The visit took about 30 mins which was good time being I have 4 units to go through and the outside. He also took pictures so he could have data incase his memory became faded when working on my paperwork back at his office.
Description of Work: I have a 4-plex multi unit property with two buildings located within the property. He measured, asked questions about the work I've done after buying the property and answered all my questions.
