INCREDIBLE.
Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A LEAKING ROOF. JOE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE LOOKED AT THE ROOF BUT COULD NOT GET TO THE PART OF THE ROOF IN THE BACK YARD BECAUSE MY PIT BULL WAS BARKING AT HIM . HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY, LOOKED AT THE ROOF AGAIN AND DETERMINED THAT THE ROOF WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. HE FOUND THE LEAK WAS DUE TO A POORLY INSTALLED WINDOW. HE LEFT ME A TUBE OF CAULK TO SEAL THE WINDOW FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE ADVISE, INSPECTION OR THE CAULK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: I LOST APPROXIMATELY 12 LINER FEET OF SHINGLES OFF ROOF RIDGE DURING HURRICANE JEANNE. IN SPITE OF THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF WORK FACING ROOFERS IN THE METRO AREA BECAUSE OF ALL THE HURRICANE DAMAGE, ANGEL SONTOLONGO CALLED ME ON A SUNDAY EVENING OCTOBER 3RD TO ARRANGE FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS HERE PROMPTLY ON MONDAY THE 4TH, PROVIDED THE ESTIMATE, WHICH FELL UNDER THE COMPANY'S MINIMUM PRICE FOR ANY WORK. ON TUESDAY STAY DRY CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIRS FOR OCTOBER 11TH. THE REPAIRS WERE ACTUALLY DONE COMPLETELY TO MY SATISFACTION BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8TH AND ALL UNDER THE CONSTRAINTS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET COMPETITIVE BIDS - SOME ROOFERS WERE NOT EVEN DOING ESTIMATES!

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS GIVEN EXCELLENT RATINGS BY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB IF I WAS EVER ABLE TO REACH THEM. I CALLED THREE TIMES TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER GOT A RETURN PHONE CALL. EACH TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 24-48 HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE CALLED ME BACK TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TIME AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.

Description of Work: KEVIN WAS PROMPT IN KEEPING HIS APPOINTMENT. UPON ARRIVING AT MY HOME HE IDENTIFIED THE SOURCE OF OUR PROBLEM AND FOUND A SECOND AREA THAT NEEDED REPAIR. HE TEMPORARILY FIXED IT AT NO COST AND BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DUE ROOF DAMAGE HE GAVE ME PROPER DIRECTION IN GETTING IT REPAIRED.
