"MANNY" THE FOREMAN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WILL DO LITTLE EXTRA'S IF ITS REASONABLE.

ON ANGIE'S GRADING SCALE I GIVE STAY DRY AN A ON ALL CATEGORIES.

Everyone really exceeded my expectations in concern for quality, courtesy and professionalism. They were conscientious about permits and inspections, which shows that they are confident in the standards of their workmanship and that they stand by what they do. They returned calls and kept appts. promptly and they worked steadily. They took care not to litter or damage my property. Manny and Curtis actually returned after the job and picked up every little scrap of shingle or other material that had fallen. The workers honored my request not to play radios here, and that courtesy was really important to me. The co. has two policies I like: they put the new covering material on the roof the same day they take off the old roof so as not to leave it exposed or poorly protected w/ plastic sheets, and they have the shingles delivered on the day they are going to use them so they are not sitting around for days ahead as I've seen passing by other houses. I highly recommend Stay-Dry Roofing to everyone on LIST.

Excellent work. The crew showed up on time every day, didnt fool around and cleaned up after themselves. They accidently tore a hole in screen enclosure and had someone out right away to repair. They didnt just patch but replaced the entire section of screen. The inspector came out at the end and found one thing that the crew repaired immediately. I am very impressed with their service.

Finding a roofer is very difficult. I found Stay Dry did my main roof. I have had no trouble and no leaks with the roof. I will use them in a year or two when I need to replace my old roof. The price quoted to me was quite reasonable. They did work on my garage replacement and the work was done on time. I had no problems and the price was fair. When I saw them in Angies List I was quite happy to use them again.

MANNY WAS AWESOME. EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT NEED A COMPLETE JOB FROM HIS COMPANY AT THIS TIME, WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL ON HIM WHEN THE TIME COMES TO HAVE OUR ROOF REPLACED.

THE ONLY BAD THING I CAN SAY IS THAT MY SALES PERSON WAS NEW AND DID NOT ACCURATLY REPRESENT THEIR PRODUCT. I HAD TO WORK WITH THE FORMAN AND THE MAIN OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY GETTING INSTALLED. WITH TIME AND TRAINING HE SHOULD IMPROVE.

IT TOOK THEM A COUPLE TRIES TO GET OUT TO GET THE WORK DONE, BUT THEY DID. ANOTHER ROOFER HAD COME OUT WHEN I BOUGHT THE HOUSE (THAT THE SELLER PAID FOR) AND ALLEGEDLY FIXED THE LEAK. A YEAR LATER, AND WATER WAS STILL STAINING A WALL. STAY DRY CAME OUT AND QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM (WHICH, OBVIOUSLY, WAS NOT WHERE THE FIRST ROOFER HAD SAID). THE REPAIR WAS MADE, AND I WAS PROMISED,

We had an excellent experience with Stay Dry Roofing. We had to repair our flat roof 3 times before hiring this company. They were just excellent! A great first experience!

I was experiencing a leak problem so I though it was with my roof. I called Stay Dry, which the owner came out to take a look at the situation. I came to find out that I didnt need to fix a leak in my roof, but I need to get some stucco work done. Those guys were great! They came out promptly and didnt charge me a penny!

LOWEST BID OF THREE COMPANIES, EVEN BEFORE THE 5% DISCOUNT. ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO COMPLETE, WITH ONLY ONE WORKER PRESENT MOST DAYS - THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATED TIME WAS 2.5 DAYS. THEY DID ACCIDENTLY DAMAGE A CEILING, BUT THEY REPAIRED IT PROMPTLY ONCE I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT.

They were very inattentive. They did a good job overall and were the most reasonably priced out of 3 that I have called.

ANGIES LIST SAID THAT STAY DRY ROOFING GAVE A 5 PERCENT DISCOUNT FOR USING THEM FROM THE LIST. THE COMPANY NEGLECTED TO DO THAT. OTHER WISE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS VERY SATISFACTORY AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN

WORKER HAD TO COME A SECOND TIME, BECAUSE SOME WORK WAS NOT DONE FIRST TIME. THEN EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. GREAT TO DEAL WITH. VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

A BIT LESS THOROUGH THAN OTHER ROOF REPAIR THAT I HAVE HAD DONE IN TERMS OF INSPECTING INTERNAL DAMAGE. VERY TIMELY AND FLEXIBLE IN PAYMENT. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND

COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT IN GIVING ESTIMATE, RETURNING CALLS, SCHEDULING WORK, ETC. ONE SMALL SECTION OF TRIM HAD BEEN OVERLOOKED IN THE ROOFING. THEY WERE BACK AND THE MISSED AREA COMPLETED 24 HOURS AFTER I CALLED.

THIS WAS THE THIRD ROOFER THAT I CALLED. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I GOT OFF ANGIE'S LIST. THE OTHERS WERE RECOMMENDED BY FRIENDS, EITHER NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AFTER THE INITIAL CALL OR JUST DIDN'T SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK. THIS IS THE REASON THAT I JOINED ANGIE'S LIST. I JUST COULDN'T FIND RELIABLE SERVICE.
