 + -1 moreBoth jobs were worse after he left. I am a handicapped 97 yr old widow. I can't afford to have anything more done. He refuses my phone call (with caller ID) and he will not talk to me if I call from my daughter's. He is a deplorable and unscrupulous rip-off conman. You should not allow him to associate with Angie's list. I have photos and witnesses to my complaints. He is not to be hired. He is a thief. Betty Parker
Description of Work: I needed 2 jobs done. I paid $5600 for one job. It cost e another $500 to repair what he messed up. The other job was $650 and now it pours in like running water. It will be at least $500 for that one.

 + -1 moreIt went great! Mr Starke and his partner, Ron Thomas showed up promptly for the initial meeting, answered my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. The work started on the agreed upon date and ended one working day after the agreed upon date. The screen on my patio was damaged, but was replaced before the job was finished.
Description of Work: Installed new tile roof.
