PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I found Spaulding Decon less than honorable. An estimate of $2-3000 became an invoice for over $5000 with no call or explanation. They acted like they were the injured party when I asked WHY??? They overcharged my insurance provider almost double their estimate. Unfortunate, unethical business practice to be carefully avoided PAY ATTENTION!!!!!

Please enter what you would like the response to look like:Mr. [member name removed] contacted us to cleanup after a death in one of his rental mobile homes. The resident was undiscovered for some time and decomposed in the property. Mr. [member name removed] pressured our call taker into a "ball park estimate" over the phone. We provided Mr [member name removed] a ball park estimate of $2K-$3K based on the scene he described. We told him that it was not concrete as we had not seen his scene. We collected only his deductible from him ($500) and billed his insurance company for the remainder. Mr. [member name removed] insurance adjuster, Anthony Bergen, contacted us and advised that Mr. [member name removed] was uneducated about the type of work we do and he tried his best to explain to him that our invoice was completely in line with what they expected to pay and he was issuing us a check directly. We have a recorded call where Mr. [member name removed] was told a ball park estimate is not reliable and is only an average. Never once did the client request an onsite estimate. Further more he was not billed for anything over his deductible. Mr. [member name removed] complaint is unfounded and has no merit.

Spaulding Decon and their team were awesome when I called. My grandfather was a hoarder and when he passed we could not get into his apartment because it was blocked. We were looking for family heirlooms and Antoine and Odeen were awesome. They were patient with my crazy family and took care of the job quickly. Thanks Spaulding Decon!!!!
