+ -1 moreI would recommend Southwest because of Larry's earnestness, professionalism, and pride in his company, especially if quotes given are comparable in price.
Description of Work: Mr. Emmons came out even before we completed purchase of our home to inspect the pool and give a quote for re-marquisite of pool and color-sealing the existing deck. Even comparing apples-to-apples by adding another $1200 to the above estimate (for a lifetime pool resurfacing) I now realize that Southwest's quote was the third best of the five my husband and I ended up getting before selecting Five-Star to start work. Surprisingly, one of the other companies we interviewed sub-contracts work out to Southwest when large batches of cement require a cement truck approach!

+ -1 moreThe crew came on time with all supplies and and tools needed.The pool was drained quickly the crew set about fixing the steps. The job was fantastic. It looks better than when new. They were very proficient and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and had done it many times before. I would hire Shane again anytime he was really,really good.
Description of Work: I have a pebble tec pool and the steps into pool had a series of cracks and some lamination issues. Shane and his crew came out quickly and professionally explained my options.
