 + -1 moreRebuttal: Spoke with Wayne with Southern Window Repair. He stated that he mailed out the clips, but it didnt have enough postage on the envelope, so it was returned undeliverable. Meanwhile, Wayne was in the hospital, so he wasnt able to re-send the clips with the right amount of postage.
Description of Work: I had a few windows that were sticking and I needed some screen repaired. I hired Southern Window Repair because they were the first one out of three who answered the phone. I needed some springs repaired on a few windows, and when the technician changed them, the one he added was "too springy" which made the windows pop open. When I told him about that, the way he replaced them, just didnt look professional. He did a real "shoty" job. He then couldnt finish the screens and had to take them in for the repairs. 1 week went by with no word from the company, so I called and received excuses after excuse of why the job wasnt finished. The tech finally came to replace the screens, but forgot to add the clips before he left. I had to call the company again and he told me that he would mail them to me. For the price, I dont think I got my moneys worth in professionalism or quality!

Description of Work: They replaced window glass. Slow telephone response due to illness. This is a small firm that does only residential work. Once I got on the phone with them, they set a time for the next day. Showed up on time and did the work expeditiously and well. Price was about 19% below several other quotes.
