We had a large sprinkler system that had not been used in quite some time. Southern's crew did a great job finding all the sprinkler heads, repairing them, and getting the system working again. Mike was always prompt, courteous, and professional. Thanks!

They responded to my phone message quickly and arranged to come by a few days later. Seemed knowledgeable. Tried to problem solve an area that wasn't working. After digging a large hole and trying to figure out why it wasn't working, surmised that it was the City capping off a line (doing the re-claimed water lines) and that it would be cost prohibitive to run the line from the valve. He did come up with an option of hooking into another zone to remedy the problem (which he estimated it would cost $ 500). Because this is a neighborhood association we did not have the work done at the time pending members approval. He did tell me midway through the project how much this visit was running.

I called on Monday and he was able to come out on Wednesday first thing in the morning. Not only did he fix the leak that I called about, he also checked the entire system for any other issues. No other issues were evident.

Excellent, these guys are good! On both visits, they arrived on time per their estimated arrival time, and went to work immediately. There was no wasted time with these guys! They obviously know what the heck they're doing, and do it very well and very quickly. They explained what they were doing and why, and were very patient with our questions. It ended up costing a little more than we anticipated. We have a pretty large system with a lot of sprinkler heads, but they were definitely worth the money, and we'd recommend them highly to anyone needing assistance with their lawn irrigation system.

It was an extremely positive experience, because the person who came out to fix my sprinkler system, who I believe is the owner of the company, was prompt, courteous, very honest, very hardworking, attentive to details, and was trying to do all he could to save me money while at the same time making sure I was satisfied. He found some underground leaks in my system that I would probably never have found on my own. He also came out a second time to replace the control panel on my system (and did not even charge me for labor for installation) when I was having trouble with my system not shutting off. That's what I call an extremely strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The system has run great ever since! I would strongly recommend Souther Irrigation!
