Southern Crest Pools

Description of Work: This guy is a crook and scam artist! Signed my pool contract in April 2012, and he disbanded his company in August without finishing my pool. Will talk a good game and follow through on NOTHING! It has been 1 YEAR and our pool is still not finished! His gross negligence and poor qualtiy work caused the 1st POOL to POP OUT of the GROUND!!! Ruined my front yard and back yard with machines! He would go weeks without showing up at my pool!!! Then when he actually showed up, he would leave an hour and a half later. I had a brand new ($1000.00) metal side gate at my home and he ran over it with the tractor!!! Scraped the side of my house up with machines. Two contractors showed up at my home demanding payment when I had already paid Marks Meeke for their services! Total thief with no conscience! And oh yea, had my pool pump and filter delivered to my home and it sat there for months and then one day they were gone. He said they were the wrong ones so he sent them back and got the money for equipment and never replaced the equipment!!! He also said that when the First Pool popped out of the ground, that this was an act of God and not covered by contract. I had to give him $9000.00 more dollars above the contract in order for him to take the pool that popped out of the ground out of my yard. He left it setting popped out of the ground for weeks until I would pay the extra $9000.00. Only to find out later that real pool companies have pool pop out insurance! This is fraud and low life scum! He robbed me and my family and ruined my little girls pool! This guy should be in jail!!!! I am handicap and saved for years to build my 9 year old daughter her and our dream pool. This guy took $50,000 dollars + $9000.00 for pool that popped out of ground for a total of $60,000.00 dollars!!!!!! He stole my money and then went out of business without finishing my families dream pool. We are completely devastated by this crook. He ruined my home ( now I have LIENS from people who did work on my pool), my pool, my family's lifetime savings and crushed our dreams! Please put this man in jail!! His name is Marks Meeke. This is just SOME of the problems we had with SOUTHERN CREST POOLS and MARKS MEEKE. My family is heartbroken...
