 + -1 moreI called several times (at least 4 times)and spoke to the owner, Each time I called I was told that someone would get back to me. I never got a date to do the service. I did not even get a call telling me that they could not fit me in. So, I wasted several weeks before seeking another company to do the work I needed. I would have appreciated a phone call.
Description of Work: I had used this company before and found their service to be very good. However, my recent experience was very frustrating. I wasted several weeks waiting for return calls to schedule services. So although my prior experience was good, this latest contact was not. Do not wait for a call back to confirm or a courtesy call to let you know that they do not have time for you.

Description of Work: I used this cleaning service for several months. The work that was performed was excellent. This was by far the best cleaning service I ever had. The first pair of women were so very thorough. They moved furniture and took up area rug to clean underneath. The second pair of women that came out were not so thorough, but better than most other services I've had. I was sorry to see them go, but due to unforseen circumstances, I found it necessary to cut expenses.

house cleaning
 + -1 moreThey make sure that there is always continuity between people. They make sure that there's somebody who has experience with your particular house and what you want done so you don't have to explain it to everybody every time which is nice. They all speak English. They do a good job and the staff is always good. The owner comes by occasionally and makes sure that everything is as it should be, so there is some quality control.
