 + 2 moreWe checked out several contractors for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, but GHI was the only one who respected our budget and worked in some nice extra touches we did not think we could afford. The incredibly talented crew was courteous, punctual, and always cleaned up every night before leaving. Our kitchen & bath look fantastic, and we look forward to hiring them again!

I would definitely rehire Guaranteed Home Improvements! The ratings on here do not sound like the gentlemen that I worked with! They did A plus work and I am super happy with my new shower and tub.

Description of Work: We just had them out them in May for a couple of weeks. We had all new roof, soffic, spouting and new patio cover that they completed with the roof. They did new railing around the house as well.

Description of Work: I had them do a deck and a fence for me most recently. They have also done a kitchen, bathrooms and everything in the house. They did French drains too. They work on the HVAC as well. I had them do roofing and siding after I had a house fire a couple of years ago.

Description of Work: They have done several things on my home. The last time I used him was about 1-2 years ago. He has painted my house. He has done flooring, carpeting and windows. He did the patio door too. He did roofing and siding as well. He also installed my central air, furnace and my hot water heater.

 + -1 moreWe purchased pre-hung doors and they installed and painted them for us. Our door openings are not the standard size, so the installer had to cut each door to the correct height prior to installation. The doors all look great and swing perfectly. No complaints!
