The person who came was excellent. He does a really good work and the scheduling is also very good. I learned about him through a friend and all his business runs only on the word of mouth. I think the price is comparatively a little high, but his method is much better than others so, it is worth paying him a little extra.

They do all kinds of flooring. The workers were very good and they got the job done very fast. They were courteous. They were helpful when moving the furniture out of the bedroom. They came back when they said they would come back. The price was competitive compared to local stores in the area. The lady helping us with the selection was very helpful. She gave us a lot of ideas and suggestions for our bedroom because we wanted something different. She was very helpful. The price was average. They came out a little bit latter than the agreed time but they called me and informed me about it. I recommended them to a couple of friends.

They did an excellent job. Their salesman really knew everything there was to know about carpeting. He came to our house, did the measuring, and brought some samples with him as well. He was also extremely helpful with color choice recommendations and with informing us about the different types of carpeting. The installation was quick and flawless. We were very pleased with their services. It was first rate quality work all the way. Not only that but they had the best prices compared to other companies as well.

They are very nice people. I don't think you can go wrong with them.

The sales end went very smooth and our sales rep was prompt to come out and give us an estimate; no hard sales tactics were used. We scheduled the install about a month out, but the day of installation was a nightmare! They were scheduled for 2 days, but did not show up until noon on the first day because they were sent to do a smaller job first. When they did arrive they refused to start work for 2 hours. There was a language barrier, as they spoke very little English and it was necessary for a Sonlight rep to come out and explain what they were supposed to do. We had already moved out a lot of furniture from the rooms to be done first and it was all in the living room and their installers thought they should not have to move anything (the installers they sent were used to doing empty houses). We told Sonlight we wanted different installers as these installers did not want to do the job, but Sonlight did not meet that request. The same installers came out on the second day also.

SONLIGHT SENT 2 GUYS TO REMOVE & REPLACE WATER DAMAGED AREAS IN MY WOOD FLOORING. EXCELLENT WORK.
