Description of Work: I had a couple of fans that didn't work, plus a timer switch and a new wall socket to be installed. Scheduling was easy and straight forward, the electrician was on time and very professional. He even gave the panel an inspection. The only reason I gave a B on the price is the dispatch fee isn't waived if work is performed, but they do make that very clear up front, and I will happily use them again in spite of that.

Later I saw the coupon for $25.00 which wasn't applied. | |On there part, perhaps they expected me to give them a coupon, even though it wa s stated in the beginning.

Description of Work: They did a great job - very helpful. I did think that the pricing was pretty high but they did have a lot of work to do and I might just be off on what I think it would cost. I had them move two light fixtures (required attic access) I had them hang 5 fixtures and fix a few switches. As an FYI they do leave any old electrical boxes that they touch completely open (insulation showing) if they move them. You will need drywall and ceiling repair once they leave. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt confident in their services.

Description of Work: Changed out ballasts for two lights in hall bathroom. |I ballist for one light in Kitchen over refrigerator. |I thought for up two hours labor tops was quite an outrageous price. I didn't argue about price; just paid it. He seemed like a gentleman, but I thought his price was out of line. I wondered if Angie's recomendation for this company was fair?

Description of Work: Bit of confusion on part of dispatcher who said fellow would be at home we are in process of buying in '1/2 hour'. Dashed over only to have fellow show up almost an hour later. He had called our HOME # to say he was going to stop for lunch (& keep to the original schedule). Glad we weren't tying up our Realtor's time. Very professional young man who competently diagnosed arcing in the existing electric panel and priced out multiple electric 'issues' of a 1988 foreclosure. Will of course get a second opinion on price(s) quoted. That being said, both my husband and I felt that if this fellow would be in charge of doing the electrical work he quoted, that he was competent to the task. First 'Angies List pick' and, being new to Tampa we're pleased to have been directed to a competent professional.

Description of Work: Rewired for installation of new dishwasher and to correct sloppy, non code compliant wiring for disposal. Electrician arrived when they said he would and was pleasant and professional. Worked efficiently and finished in a timely manner. Only negative was the cost. Work is charged according to a schedule of prices. If a job falls outside the description on the schedule it may or may not be worth what is charged. Never experienced this before so was taken by surprise. I would recommend this company and would use them again but I would try to describe the scope of work ahead of time and, if I felt the charge was too high, either negotiate a better price or find someone else to do the work.
