Description of Work: Had lost power in a bedroom and back porch. Called Small Jobs Electric and they scheduled me. Ryan was the electrician and he found the problem, squirrels had chewed line running to a porch fan. He had to come back because job would require a helper. Easy to set up next appt. at my convenience. They called to say on their way. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Ryan went the EXTRA mile, which exceeded my expectations!! Cleaned up area ,very professional,polite,could not have had a better experience. Thank You

Description of Work: Had them replace some GFI's and run an electric outlet. They were on time for their appointment. Technician was professional but did not seem very enthusiastic about doing the job. Had to come back at a later date to finish and they have had to come back out twice to fix issues related to their work. There are lots of electricians out there. I will choose a different one next time.

Description of Work: We arranged for the electrician to come at a certain time. The office called about 45 minutes before he came, to tell us that he was on his way. Jaz was polite; knowledgable and professional. We had a problem with our fluorescent light. We had considered an unusual fix. Jay quoted us a price for the job. He then described another way that we could handle our problem, which would be less expensive. We took his advice. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Description of Work: We had a short in a circuit somewhere. The technician was very efficient & professional. He found the issue in a wall light fixture & fixed the problem. I've always been very happy with their work. I do think they may be a little more expensive, but they do charge by the job, not the hour. The only thing I don't like is that they charge a fee just for the visit. I understand if you don't have work done, but if you do, I think this fee should be deducted from the bill.

Description of Work: Upgraded my electrical service from 100 to 200 Amps. The were very courteous and respectful during the entire day. They didn't try to charge me when they noticed a gap in their estimate, and even gave me a discount when they found that one line had already been run.
