Small Jobs Electric

I had this company before and they did a great job. They were on time and worked with my cabinet man, however at one point we had a scheduling misunderstanding and this delayed the project by about 4 days. I had another company install the garbage disposal, but after my inspection, it was determined that it was not completed properly and Small Jobs came out to complete the work to the inspector satisfaction.

There was a problem with the hook-up and they corrected the problem.

He came out and said that he would not be able to do this job. He was a nice guy. He tried to find the problem and couldn't. He said that the electric company would be able to do it because it was their fault. They said it was not their fault either. I then called him back and he said he did not know what to do. He did put some wiring in. The problem had not come back since he has been here, but I don't know if he fixed it.

They were very quick and efficient. It took them only 20 minutes to install my ceiling fan.

Tom was on time and courteous. He assessed the situation, purchased materials needed, and returned in an hour to complete the job. He was very quick and cleaned up after himself.

Orlando and his assistant arrived as promised, were pleasant and efficient. They did a good job.

The electrician arrived on time, did the work in a timely manner, and at reasonable price. I will definitely call them again.

As a first-time homeowner, this was an excellent first experience with electricians. I was told to expect someone before 12 noon, and two electricians arrived just after 9 am. They went through our list of jobs, briefly discussed them with us to clarify some of our requests, and started working immediately. They worked for 3+ hours, and each electrician took only one (very brief) break for water. All of our requests were completed, all look neat, and the two electricians cleaned-up afterwards. When the electricians ran into unexpected problems (for example, badly-spliced, exposed wiring in the attic), they informed us and briefly explained how they would solve the problem. At least when it comes to small electrical jobs, I'm happy to recommend these guys.

Due to my ignorance, the job was more complicated than what I had described to them, but they were very nice about it and did not charge too much more than original quote.

The overall experience was relatively pleasant. They did a good job on the work they did do. The part I am unpleased about is they did not replace all the wiring in my garage. They kept the outdated wiring that ran through the concrete and they didn't replace the outdated outlet on the exterior of the garage or the switchplate in the interior. When I asked to replace the wiring in my garage, I meant ALL the wiring, not parts. They also did not clean all the old wiring that feel to the floor. Parts of the knob and tube fixtures and old outlets remained on my garage floor. It surprises me that they are a service winner. In all, the work they did was good quality, they just didn't complete it. I won't use them again.

Made appointment for them to come between 2-5pm. They called me at work at 3:30 saying they would be at my house in fifteen minutes, so I left work and waited at home. They called back and said they were tied up and would not make it that day. I can understand running late, but not after they have called and said they were on the way. I missed an hour and half of work for nothing.

This is an excellent company with great staff. They showed up on-time, were very polite and patient, and did excellent work. They had to crawl through very small spaces in our hot attic to rewire and install all fixtures. They measured out spacing for pendants and worked patiently with me to decide how exactly I wanted them. They were also incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping me decide what height to hang pendants - letting me see different options and not rushing my decision. They were very clean and respectful of my home, covering furniture and rugs with tarps so that drywall dust didn't get all over. They swept up when they left and even took the empty lighting boxes to the garage without me asking! This was the best experience I have had with a contractor! I highly recommend them and plan to use them again!

They came when they said they would and were quite neat and clean. I would recommend them.

JOE DID RESPOND QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS ALTHOUGH WE FELT HE WAS VERY PESSIMISTIC ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL DAYS TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. HE WAS O.K.- WE MAY NOT USE HIM AGAIN.

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS I HAD IN THE FUTURE.

THE AGENT AND THE WORKERS WERE PROMPT AND CARING AND SEEM TO HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB.

EXTREMELY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. WE WERE CHARGED $95 PER INSTALL, WHICH SEEMED A BIT MUCH COMPARED TO THEIR WORK RATE OF $65 FOR THE FIRST HALF HOUR, AND $30 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HALF HOUR (BOTH OUTLETS WERE COMPLETED IN ABOUT AN HOUR). STILL, WE'D DEFINITELY CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN.

THE ELECTRICIAN LEFT US A MESSAGE VERY PROMPTLY WITH A VERY LOW ESTIMATE. HOWEVER, WE WERE CONCERNED THAT HE DID NOT WAIT TO LOOK AT THE JOB OR EVEN DISCUSS IT WITH US BEFORE GIVING THE ESTIMATE.

GRADE OF A. WORKERS SHOWED ON TIME, WERE PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. THEY CLEANED AFTER THEY PERFORMED THE WORK. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS REASONABLE (AND INCLUDED THE $350 PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PANEL). THEY AGREED TO A FIXED PRICE FOR THE WORK BEFORE HAND AND THEY DID NOT TRY AND INFLATE THE CHARGES.

EXCELLENT. GOOD RESPONSE TIME, QUALITY WORK AND FAIR PRICING.

COMPANY PROVIDED NEXT DAY SERVICE. WORKMEN WERE PLEASANT, EFFICIENT AND FAST. CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH-- A+++++.

THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT, THEN THE ELECTRICIANS SHOWED UP AN HOUR EARLY AND APOLOGIZED, THEIR LAST JOB RAN QUICKER THAN THOUGHT. HAROLD AND ORLANDO WERE BOTH NEAT, FRIENDLY, QUICK AND EFFICIENT. IT TOOK THEM 45 MINUTES TO DO WHAT IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY HUSBAND AND I ALL EVENING TO DO. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM FOR FUTURE SMALL ELECTRICAL JOBS!
