They never call back! When you call they are always busy and have to return a call, which they never do.

They came on time but did not have the manpower resources to do the work and wanted to reschedule. I had explained the scope of work to them when I scheduled the job. I set aside the day and cleaned out attic access for them only to be put off within minutes of arrival.

No call, no show. I would say this is not very good customer service for a recommended company.

When I called to set up an appointment they were all for it until they asked the address for the work. When I gave them them the address they said they do not work in this area. I referred to their ad in your magazine that indicates they work in Tampa. She said they do but not in this neighborhood. I asked why is this one not serviced, she replied they reserve the right to deny service in certain area. That was all she would say. I was tempted to ask if it was because it is primarily a minority neighborhood, but I didn't ask. But, I wonder?

I love these guys! I've used them for years, and have never had a complaint. I don't always post reviews, so I use them more than my reviews might indicate.

We had them out once and they were absolutely excellent.

Jaz was great! Knew what the problem could be and resolved issues within about an hour or so. Explained what was being done and didn't mind my crazy barking dog.

Everything went great. They replaced chandler, ceiling fans, and lights for me. Also installed motion sensor outside.

We have used them many times as usual everything was excellent. Nathaniel always does a great job and office staff are very friendly and efficient.

Ron arrived right at 3pm. I got a call from their main office 15 minutes before Ron's arrival to tell me that he was on his way. The window was 3-5pm. Ron was very helpful and quickly researched the problem. In 30 minutes he isolated the problem to faulty wiring in a light switch. After repairing the wiring, he conducted a safety check on our power panel. He even cleaned up after himself. I consider the price to have been reasonable. Electrical work is not something to take shortcuts with; I will hire only a qualified professional electrician. We also got a full 12-month warranty on the work performed. We are planning to have additional lights installed and we will definitely seek an estimate from these fine people.

Jaz did the install of both fans. We had trouble with the fans we bought not working with a single remote. He contaced the company and worked out which fans would work for our application. We ordered the correct fans and then he came out to install them. I noticed he missed rubber piece necessary for the fans to be out door rated. Contacted them and he returned a couple days later to fix. They did a professional job for a good price. We'd use them again. David & Ilaria

The technician spent a great amount of time checking the circuit breakers, two were burnt out. He also checked every wall socket to make sure the appliance was getting power rather than the wall socket being burnt. He made sure that the wall sockets were putting out the correct voltage. He recommended a couple upgrades for the future. He spent time explaining how everything worked. I did quite a bit of research before calling this particular company, and they had the best percentage of positive reviews.

They were very polite, professional, and personable. However they told me that I need a new electrical box and quoted me $4000.00. I consulted a couple of home inspectors who said that would be high. I have an old house that I am simply trying to maintain. I do not need a new top of the line system or anything like that and I feel that they should have taken that in to consideration.

I chose this company because of the high ratings it had received from members of Angie's List. No problems with the work; the problem was the price. The service requested was to troubleshoot the electrical at a residence I had just moved into. I had questions, and there seemed to be problems. The company's philosophy is that they quote you per job, not per hour. The electrician showed up on time and was very courteous. I was told that the troubleshooting charge was $243. Later, I was told that he was troubleshooting two different things, so I would have to pay two troubleshooting charges. An outlet had to be replaced with a GFCI outlet.; that charge was $116 to replace an outlet that costs $14 at Lowe's. Bottom line: The electrician was at our residence for five hours; the invoice was for $651; that's over $125 an hour. In shopping around, other electricians had quoted me rates in the neighborhood of $75 an hour. Again, no problem with the work; the problem was the price. Based on my experience, I will not use this vendor again.

Needed to replace the electrical panel and wiring. I called and never received a call back. So I called them again. I felt snubbed so I went with another company that appreciates my business

Very professional and friendly from the first call, arranging the time and date etc. Service person was prompt and I showed the nice young man the two jobs that had to be done and he worked on them himself and he did a nice professional job. Also, he cleaned up at the end which I always think of as an important part of any job. Professionals leave the place the way they found it. I like the way our service person gave us a cheaper alternative, he could replace the ballast in the florescent light for less money, but we did want to install a new LED fixture - which he did very neatly. They do have a guide book that shows the cost of doing the work and we did agree to the prices before work started. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Power was sporadic to outlets in one of my baths. A technician was due two days ago but he got delayed on another job. The office DID call to tell me he was delayed. Rather than have him come at 5:00 pm that day, I opted to wait until today. He was due between 11:00 and 1:00. The office called to tell me he was on his way and he did arrive shortly after 11:00. It took a little time to diagnose the problem but he checked everything and is confident he found and repaired it. Tre is a very nice and polite young man. Seems to know his job. The price seemed reasonable to me. I would use Small Jobs again and would recommend them. I do have just one recommendation for the company. Techs should use 'footies' over their shoes. I've had other repair people in my home who've done so. My house was just cleaned the day before he came. I have wood floors and Tre had to walk over them, of course. Also had I not pointed them out, I think he might have left some debris including nails or screws on my floor. Beyond these minor issues, I'm completely satisfied.

Great, couldn't be happier. Whole experience went well, showed up when expected and did great work. Will be using again in the future.
