Fantastic - very professional and clear in what needed to be done and what the costs would be.

They arrived on time, with not only the necessary ladder, but a back up plan in case it didn't work. The install went smoothly and they even cleaned the floor before they left the house. Seamless.

They do not perform work if a unit is a rental.

The service tech was very professional but what I did not like was that each service was priced out already separately, with no discount for doing multiple jobs at one location. So I paid the same price per job, as would someone else who only used them for one small job. That meant I had to pay for the cost of bringing a crew into my home for each and every item I used them for, though they were already at my home. The tech recognized my point of view when I asked why, but he told me that he could not reduce the charges.

great phone service, even called me to get service a day earlier as cancellation put a serviceman in my area. The electrician seemed quite inexperienced and didn't want to install the fan as it was, in his opinion, too heavy. We told him weight, 35lb and showed him the manufacturers specs and installation instructions. He still said he didn't want to do it, now because the ceiling was concrete and the vibration would make it loose and fall out, so unsafe. We showed him where there had been a previous electrical product in the ceiling , he still did not want to do it. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom that has been in place and operating for at least 20 years. We were so frustrated we said just do the outlet. He inspected the rest of the outlets and said the kitchen needed a gfi so we had him do that too. He then charged $128 PER outlet, which is on the high end. All in all, very unsatisfied with the service we received from this young man.

They totally redid my whole main electrical panel. The price was very good compared to the other quotes I had gotten. It passed inspection the first time. They charge you for the job, not by the hour so there's no surprises. They totally clean up after themselves. When they leave it's like they were never there. They did an excellent job.

Adam arrived on time, immediately determined the problem, explained why shoddy installation was the culprit, installed improved hardware, made sure everything was working, charged a fair price deducting my Angie's List coupon. Small Jibs Electric will be my go-to electricians in the future.

Ballasts were replaced in a matter of minutes. Ceiling fan had to be replaced due to a burned out motor. Adam went to the store and purchased a new fan for us (with our preapproval) and installed so that we could have all problem areas fixed in one visit. He did great work and was very knowledgeable.

The electrician showed up and took a look at my job. I needed an outlet installed off the backside of another outlet. The new outlet was less than a foot from the other outlet. I was quoted $242 which I was shocked by as that seemed excessive which is when I got a sales pitch on their company having vans and insurance etc. I expect a company to have those things as they are a cost of doing business. I was in a pinch and needed the work done so I agreed to the amount. Next thing I know the electrician was finished in all of 15 minutes. Quality work but overpriced.

I was very impressed with this company! They were able to come out the same day I called due to the nature of my issue and located the issue right away and I was back to work in no time.

We had a thunderstorm come thru and a few of our outdoor outlets stopped working after we had a lightning strike nearby. I had some questions for them and they got back to me right away and were able to come out the next day! I was very happy with their work and I also thought the girl I spoke with in the office was very friendly.

We needed to replace our electrical box because our insurance company would no longer insure us if we didn't change out our old one. They came out and provided an estimate first and they came back two days later to do the work after we accepted the quote. They were on time, very professional, very responsive and very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.
