Description of Work: SJ Construction started stucco on my house and instead off finishing the job, the owner took another job and left me for the hurricane season without stucco. Then, he left for 6 weeks vacation when the job was half way done. The owner left me with 2 workers. One of them had some experience, but his quality of work was very poor and I had a lot of cracks in the stucco. The stucco was too thin on two sides of the house. Initially, the owner started the job before I got the framing inspection done, which he was aware off, but she said "don't worry" and got the whole house prep for stucco, which he could not do for another 10 months, so I had the metal expose for all this time and rust set in on the lath and nails. Also, one of the helpers was a very heavy guy, who broke the polystick (underlayment) on my roof causing few leaks into the house and the owner was on his vacation for 6 weeks.
