Awful. The bathroom was redone, but the ground is uneven and they used our trashcan receptacles and such to mix. They ate in our house (he needed to use the microwave so of course I said okay), but I didn't expect bones and such all over, left to decay. The old tile they discarded, they simply threw in the front yard, and even with it being a year ago - it STILL is visible even after our efforts. They got paint EVERYWHERE because they didn't cover any of our valuables, including the floor. The 60" flat screen still has paint on it. Carpet is ruined. The wood floors are damaged. They installed cracked tile into the bathroom. Yes, there is definitely a list of things they did poorly and showed their true colors. My landlord has seen the damages and is no longer using them. Their customer service when I alerted them of this, is...atrocious at best. They blamed me, the customer. Oh man. Avoid at all costs. I submitted my complaints to the BBB as well as pictures for proof. I will upload pictures. All of the white in the pictures are PAINT, not dirt or a reflection. The first two pictures are the screen on our $1200 TV.

Sim was a professional. He was very responsive to the changes that we had to make in the middle of the project. the time schedule was also changed at the last minute and it was no problem for him.

Wonderful work, very professional and was a real perfectionist. Cleaned up as he went along. Kept to his time and did a beautiful job.

He is excellent. He is professional, punctual and cleans up after himself. He does a good job and his prices are the best.
