Servpro Of Southeast Tampa

We've gone with ServPro in the past but we wouldn't go with them again. They're fine on the mitigation, but as far as repairing, no. It took them months and months. We were flooded in August, and we had to force them to semi-complete one room so we could move back into it, because the man we were renting from was going out of the state, and he wanted to lease the house we were renting for a year, and we didn't feel we needed it for a year. Servpro did get this one room, and a bathroom that was not completed either, for us to move back in. It was a small room. My husband is in a hospital bed, and I had five cats at the time, so all of us were in this small room. It just took them months and months, even after that, to complete their work. I don't know how much experience they had, but the man who was doing the work was not experienced in that type of thing, and it was just touch and go. I helped him some, he had to call into the office some times, they had to call in people who were experienced in door locks, for instance, and making doors fit. I still have doors that don't fit. They tried to complete my kitchen, but the man that they contracted was never on time and the cabinets didn't fit. They did it again, and the second time they didn't fit, and the third time they were late, and I just told them to cancel it. I got somebody else to complete my kitchen.
