I would give them an average grade. They didn't finish the job in time and actually asked for more money for coming back. That's not good. Not efficient cleaning; very slow.

Dada and his wife showed up a little early and stayed later than expected in order to do a GREAT job! Friends commented on how clean they left the house. I've hired them to clean every two weeks from now on! I would definitely recommend them.

I was blown away with what they did. My house has never looked better. They were professional, worked quickly, went beyond my expectations and yes, I am hiring them again. Great job, from floor to very high ceilings. Not afraid to be on a ladder or foot stool like many services. No idle time or breaks it was work, work, work! Very satisfied.

Excellent. They were wonderful, from the time they rang my doorbell and took their shoes off before they came in, to making sure everything was perfect before they left. My house was cleaner than when I first moved in, and the previous owners were meticulous.

I have (now) had 3 different sets of cleaners in to our home. It has been a 'big deal' to me to spend the money to have help and I work alongside the cleaning team to maximize the work that gets done. I'd under-set my expectations on what i wanted done and this couple actually raised the 'bar' of what CAN be accomplished in 6 hours. They cleaned fans, blinds, were set to do the inside of windows (until i told them i hire someone to do these about every 3 months), clean air grates, do a good job with meticulous dusting and are careful with our appliances/furnishings. I (& my husband) had cleaned our bedroom and swept the guest bedroom but because there was still 'time' on the 6 hours left, I asked first to have the second bathroom cleaned, then our bedroom dusted, then the guest bedroom dusted. I began to think, 'Wow, I could actually have THIS couple come for 6 hours and not HAVE to work as hard as they were and STILL have our home completely & adequately cleaned, all 8-9 rooms." I'd never felt that was possible with the others, nor had I been pleased with their 'non-special-offer' quote were they to come back. I'm impressed enough with Sena that I've asked them to come on a once-a-month basis for a reasonable amount of money. For someone as frugal as I am, I'm hoping this is a good long-term solution for me and my husband to have a clean home.

I had an extremely positive experience with Sena! They are an extremely nice couple to work with. They arrived early, and the entire house was sparkling when they were done. They even stayed a little longer to make sure everything was spotless. For anyone who subscribes to the adage "Actions speak louder than words", I immediately booked them to clean another house :)

The couple who own this service were the most professional, flexibility, and accommodating service that I have used. They provide upfront pricing and explanation of services, and really went above and beyond in cleaning my home. I had already moved out of this rental home and I had them do a move out clean. Everything from top to bottom was spotless. I mean everything-blinds, fans, walls, baseboards, appliances, all spotless. One thing that really stood out to me was the glass cook top and inside of my oven-both of which I had never been able to get clean. I would highly recommend these folks to any friend or family!

The attention to detail was phenomenal and exceeded our highest expectation. They worked each room from TOP to BOTTOM - Cleaning ceiling fans, Light fixtures, tables, cabinets, baseboards, carpeting floors -etc everything was cleaned and polished - the rooms were immaculate when finished. We were thoroughly impressed with their efforts and commitment to QUALITY work (something hard to find these days). They were timely, professional, efficient, friendly and took real pride in their work at a very reasonable cost. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone without hesitation.
