I hired Seither and Assoc prior to putting my house on the market, and chose them because their office was near the neighborhood and expected them to know the area best. Sales in my subdivision were hot and rising, which I made sure they were aware. Jonathan was nice and professional, but he priced my home at 120k less-than what my realtor listed it, and it had a buyer in 3 days for 98k over his appraisal! I should have saved my money and the stress his low appraisal caused while waiting to see if the banks appraisal would match his or the sales price.
