The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions adequately. Would not install covert cameras inside my house due to company protocol, understandable but a deal breaker for me.

The 2 technicians that originally installed the alarm system were reading out of a manual to install it and were constantly arguing with each other. It works at longest 3-4 days and then stops working. They have been out 15 times to fix it and it continues to happen. I have had ADT out to inspect it. Turns out the alarm system was wired so poorly that the wiring was getting to hot and burning. The wires had black burn marks on them and were melting. GE who manufactured the alarm wiring came out to check it and confirmed it was not installed properly. Both GE and ADT said I was lucky my house hadn't caught fire. I have found out from the state that the company was properly licensed but the 2 technicians that came out to install the alarm system were not licensed.

At this point I turned to the Web. Found ServiceMagic.com who are a contractor referral service. Within a couple of hours they put me in touch with Securiteam, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, FL. Three quick phone calls later Jodi and Jennifer relayed the information from one of their technicians that I needed to repair the problem myself and avoid a $125 service call. Their advice was right on. Thank you, Securiteam!

On time for the appointment. Fast install and fully tested. Every aspect of thier system was reviewed and setup the way I wanted it. Everything (dust, dirt, plasterboard) was cleaned-up.Very courteous and helpful installer. The addition of the alarm.com monitoring service allows every aspect of the system to be monitored by me via internet or CELL PHONE?Outstanding. Couldn?t be happier. Highly recommended. The ?After the Sale and Installation? service was unexpected. They were very professional, welcoming and just enjoyable to talk to. They followed through with the extra alarm stickers and documents that I requested. They call multiple times to make sure everything was as I expected and to make sure I was happy with the install, the system, and to make sure I didn?t have any additional questions. The first call after the install was as above, but they also wanted to make sure I use the system as much as possible for next week so I would get a feel for it and make sure I understood the use. It doesn?t get any better than this. I?m very happy with this team.

After the installation it has never worked properly. They have never monitored the system. I would still use my old company, but they went bankrupt. I have contacted the company about the issues and they have sent out a contractor one time to fix the issues. The system still doesn't work so I have stopped payment. It also states in their contract that the system has to be working. I have had so many false fire alarms on the system that the city has contacted me and explained that if I have one more false alarm that they will charge me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
