They were excellent and very professional. The man was very punctual, he came out and did it in a timely fashion. Everything was really good. We haven't had any problem with anybody we've used from Angie's List.

They never contacted me and I have called every day since the purchase and they have never answered the phone.

Bought deal on 11/17/2013 & received no response from the provider. There is just too much competition out there that responds when a call is made. As client, MY time is very valuable also, so is my business. Please refund my cost as soon as possible. Thank you!

We easily scheduled an appointment at the convenient for us time . The technician called us 30min before appointment time and confirmed arriving. He explained us the provided service and also paid attention to our questions answering them simple and clear. Our house didn't have any "visitors" for the 5 full months now. Thank you, we will use your company again.

It went fine. The man who came out had a good attitude and he seemed to know what he was doing.

Spent about 15-20 minutes with residual spraying. Answered all questions. Friendly. Said to call if any bugs noted again.

Great job and easy to deal with. Arrived on time and didn't take to long to spray the house. Found a couple of dead bugs after a few days. I'd recommend.

IT went fine. The treatment was basically a perimeter spraying inside and out. I noted several dead bugs several days after spraying throughout the house, so obviously whatever he did was working. However, I still have lots of ants in my kitchen even though we have scrubbed everything inside and out. So if you have ants, I don't think this is the answer. He left me a quote for ongoing services. I would use them if I wanted a company for pest control, though at this time I do not.

We'd purchased an Angie's List deal and everything went great. They showed up on time and as scheduled, completed the treatment and didn't try to upsell us. We were very happy with the price and the service.

I purchased a treatment from Angie's List for a home I just moved into that was being overrun by ants. Dan showed up right on time and spent a lot of time reviewing my situation, interior and grounds. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. I think he knows his pest treatment business well, an I'm going to have him back on a regular basis. The ants are much, much better and I haven't seen a live roach inside since he was here about two weeks ago. I highly recommend the company!

Had to reschedule due to weather, but Dan was awesome.

A man from the company showed up once and I guess he got rid of the ants that we were looking for. I believe that he did a good job. He sprayed the inside and the outside of the whole house and there were no additional charges. The service was very good. He was very helpful, nice and kind. He said that he would come back if the ants came back and so far we have not seen any. His price was pretty decent and he came on time. He was also very professional.

Basically they were trying to sell an expensive annual service. The actual spraying they did was not very effective.

Very nice young man named Cheyenne showed up to do the exterminating work. Completed the task in a very timely manner and I was happy with his service.

It went really well. They were prompt. They did what they were supposed to do.

Cheyenne provided a great customer experience. He was early, very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He gave us tips for keeping pest issues under control and was very concerned with the well-being of our children, who are both under the age of 2. I would definitely use SEC Pest Control again in the future.

I'm not sure how it went. They did what they were supposed to do and I guess I have to wait to see whether there is a problem again. If not, I will be calling them to do regular service. He was very honest and forthright and nice, and exactly on time. I thought he was knowledgeable.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. The people were very nice and polite that came except that they were very pushy for us to upgrade to a more expensive system. We felt that we were being a bait switch type activity and we had to be very forceful in order to get them to do just what we asked them to do. They kept pushing on and we didn't like it. We were not happy with the attitude. I’m not saying that the work that they did was poor, they did a good job as far as I know since it was a termite treatment. It looked like they did a thorough job as they said they were going to do. We spent a good hour trying to say no as they were trying to persuade us to a better system or a better work that could be done at a higher price and we did not like that. They set a date and planned to come on that date but they did not show up that afternoon they were supposed to be there. We called the lady and asked why there wasn't anybody here and she said she would check. She found out that their truck had broken down and so they couldn't come that day. She rescheduled for that Saturday and then they did come that Saturday. In fact they came half an hour early. They did come on time except for the fact that their truck broke down but we did get that communication and then they did come on time to accomplish that. I thought their presentation at the beginning and their bait switch type activity was very poor. I thought the work that they did was okay and I’m assuming they really gave me a termidor. They seemed to be very upfront and very straightforward otherwise but that first part I was very discouraged with. I assumed I was getting a $900 treatment for $450 or half price but the $900 treatment that I had already talked with two other places included drilling in my garage and patios areas so that the foundation of the house was totally surrounded with termidor. They said I didn't really want them to do any drilling in my garage but I didn't say I didn't but they said I didn't because they were already saying all that they were going to do is put termidor around the outside of my house including the outside of my garage instead of put a drilling at the foundation of my house. They did not do any drilling and of course if they don’t do any drilling we get the job done in easily half the time and take half the price. I don't know whether they did a good job until I run into problems but I think they did a good job. I was very dissatisfied with the fact that they wanted to upgrade me to a something twice as much.

He was friendly and did a good job

We purchased this service as an Angie's list Super Deal . They arrived on time and were very courteous. They explained what they were going to do and proceeded to examine the inside and outside of the house for evidence of termites. Luckily we were termite free. They trenched the perimeter of the house and applied a preventative barrier which is guaranteed for a year . We were very happy with the honest and professional manner in which we were treated . I would definitely recommend the services of SEC Termite and Prevention to my friends and neighbors .

They arrived a little bit late but were very professional and friendly. Explained what they were doing and how long the treatment would take.

We were having a problem and they took care of it. The technician was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good deal on the service.

They came out and they were very nice and got their job done quickly and reassured me that they would take care of any termites that I might have. They put out little traps to see if I really did have termites but they were very nice. I was very pleased with what they did. They said that they will check every 90 days which would cost $50 more which I think is fairly reasonable. They came when they said they were going to come and there were two of them and they just went right to work, got it done and there was no fuss or bother. I think they were worth it. I was very worried about having termites and they assured me that they would take care of everything.

This was a great experience. Cheyenne was punctual, polite, professional, and took the time to explain to me everything about what he was doing, and what to watch for in the future. He was not even remotely "pushy", though he did make me such a good deal on quarterly maintenance that I signed up with him. Service was fast but thorough. Left his number with instructions to call him right away if I started seeing ants in the house, since they might try to escape from the shrubs he had treated. I can't give enough kudos to Cheyenne. He's a great guy. Looking forward to seeing him again in 3 months.

Cheyenne got to my house before I did which was a bit early and was already spraying the exterior of my home when I arrived. He was very personable and professional. I believe he went above and beyond to get to the root of my problem. Moved my fridge and stove and explained everything and what each chemical did. He was awesome and will definately use him as my exterminator on an on going basis. In fact I have already started recommending him to my friends.
