WARNING********* If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people we're trying to charge me $120 for a service fee when the actual phantom screens product warranty has a $0 labor fee attached to their screens for 24 months. The owner and a woman who works for him had the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Do not purchase a Phantom Screen through these people!!!!!! I would rather take the whole screen down then to have to deal with them again.

We are very disappointed by the work done by Screens of Florida.What we got is far from the flawless results shown on their website and video.We weren't told how the screen structure was going to be installed and we ended with a 3" high threshold to step over. All of our guests are tripping over it.The combination of the closing magnets and retractable springs is very strong and makes it retract violently. It's difficult to operate for guests and no kid below 10 years old can open it.It's without mentioning that the screen is furled, but the technician said it was normal.We called to complain over the high of the threshold and were told by the manager that he would consult with the technician and would call us back, he never did. We still trip.

They showed up on time. There were no issues. They made sure to clean up after the job was done. They answered any questions I had. They were very professional. I would recommend them.
