Description of Work: The Schoemans came out and gave me an estimate on remodeling my master and guest bath. They were very thorough and professional. Unfortunately, their bid was way higher than the other two I recieved, so I chose not to engage them in the remodeling work.

Description of Work: Hennie remodeled the kitchen,living room, bonus room, bathroom, bedrooms, walls, tiles and ceilings. I love my house! Their workmanship is outstanding. They did all the work in two different times and they insured everything was exactly the way we wanted it. I live out of state and they kept us informed every week on the progress and sent us pictures. Their attention to detail is excellent. They work with you to insure you are delighted with the final product. Indubitably I am! I highly recommend Schoeman Enterprises to anyone interested in high quality work. |

Description of Work: We had a complete remodel of our kitchen. We are very happy with the results. When an appointment was scheduled, the contractor or subcontractors always showed up on time. They kept close to the original estimate. A day was never wasted. They also completed the job close to the proposed time schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Schoeman Enterprises, not your average contractor. The entire family/team is fantastic. They work with you from beginning to end and involve you throughout the process providing creative suggestions and solutions along the way. They are meticulous with their work and extremely tidy, not to mention trustworthy, honest and reliable! What more could you ask for?

Description of Work: Complete Master Bathroom Revision. From removing all old bathroom fixtures and countertops, old tile, almost gutting out old plumbing. Old tub and sinks were removed. Modify the shower, install new plumbing relocation, installling new vanities, mirrors, wall cabinets. All new Travertine, edges polished, new textured walls and ceiling. Light fixtures added as well as fan installed and infra red heater. All and all a brand new master bathroom was designed and created, which came out wonderful.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Schoeman for an estimate on a shower enclosure. He listened carefully to the requirement and the accompanying estimate from another vendor and took the time to refer me his bath enclosure (sub) for an alternative view. He spent about 10 minutes with this even though he will realize no revenue from a possible future transaction. I was very grateful for the time and feedback and would consider using Schoeman Enterprizes if and when current needs expand out to full bath or kitchen redesign.

Description of Work: Hennie is the best contractor. Our bathroom remodelling was completed a few months ago. However, whenever I have any question or issue, he always has been responsive. You would be 100% satisfied with Hennie and his crew. Thanks, Hennie.

Description of Work: The bathroom which had a large tub, steam cabinet shower, and two vanities was gutted to the framing. One window was reoved and the other covered. The bath was replumbed which included cutting the slab and rerouting the plpes for the new set up. the remodel included new a/c ducting, wiring and plumbing. The shower is travertine and hac zeven grohe shower heaheads. The cabinets are finished in cherry and the two vanities have granite tops. The walls are travertine up to the counter top. The floors are also travertine. We are very pleased with the results. Working with Hennie was a pleasure. His son and subs were do excellent work and are very acommodating. Description of Work: Hennie and his team have been working for our master bathroom remodelling for the past 2 weeks which continues to be ongoing. He has been absolutely professional and alwasy available for the questions. We had an unexpected issues and it could have been very difficult without his help and knowledge.
