Savorelli Tree Service

I called this company to get a quote of how much it would cost to cut 4 young Oak trees from my neighbors and my town home. At first they were very responsive and provided a really affordable quote. He was also adamant about being available to cut the trees the following day. However, I couldn't schedule the service for the next day due to the fact I was still waiting on approval from the HOA. Upon receiving approval from the board about a little more than a month later, I texted them asking if they were still available to do the service at the quote they gave me. A week later, they still haven't responded even though I know they received the message (the text showed that the message was "read"). I cant speak to the type of work they do and they just might be overwhelmed with work, but what started out as a pleasant interaction ended up being a bit disappointing for me.
