About us

We are a team of 3 independent specialty carpenters who work on historic wood windows and wood doors. We also do other small, non-structural carpentry work including exterior wood siding, wood trim, interior trim, custom built-in wood shelving, exterior decks, exterior wood columns, and some small renovation projects. We have a full workshop capable of producing wood windows, wood doors, wood window shutters, wood window screens, wood screen doors, and other custom carpentry. We are organized as partners. We bill using an estimate system and require a deposit of half the balance before starting and half upon completion, with draws as needed depending on length of project.

Services we offer

We offer full restoration of historic wood windows and doors which includes scraping down and sanding the sash to bare wood. Removing the glass, re-glazing and painting. We make historic wood windows and frames, wood screens, screen doors and shutters. Decks, wood siding, custom built-in wood shelving, custom wood working. We also weatherproof wood windows, change broken glass, re-glazing.

They are honest, dependable, and very hard working guys with excellent wood skills. They did all repairs completely, and cleaned up their equipment and supplies when they were finished. Very fair pricing and best contractors that we have ever hired.
Description of Work: We hired Chris and his carpenters to replace a section of wood siding on our over 100 year old Tampa Hts home. They were able to do this and multiple other add on jobs that we needed help with .
