During the rental period, there was a water line leak. As soon as the tenants made her aware of this, she made us aware of the issue immediately. She then contacted service people out to correct the problem. At first it was thought that the wax ring on the toilet was the culprit, so that was changed immediately. However, the water continued. Then it appeared to be the hot water heater, so that was replaced. She had water specialists clean and put fans in to dry up the unit and prevent any mold from forming. Finally, since the water was still an issue, a company came out with detection equipment and determined that the water line in the concrete slab was leaking. Immediately this was addressed and fixed. She was diligent in accessing and acting on any issue as soon as it was brought to her attention. She was always in contact with us during all phases of the rental and sale of property. This was very important to us as we live in TN and the property was in Tampa, FL. We would highly recommend Ms. McDonald as a rental / real estate agent and would definitely use her again.
