Travis did a great job repairing the side of my house. He scheduled the job quickly, arrived promptly, did a thorough job and cleaned up afterward. His price was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

I called the phone number and spoke to Travis, the owner, on a Monday a few weeks ago. I explained what we were hoping to get a quote on, and he said to text him my name and address and he would get back with me on when he could come out. After not hearing back from him, I texted him on Thursday and said that I would have to leave him a bad review because he never got back with me. He called me about ten minutes later and apologized and said that he would come over that day and give me an estimate. He came by and took measurements. He said to give him until Monday to get the quote to me. Monday around 7:30pm I texted him and mentioned that I never received my quote. He texted back that I would have it tomorrow. I did get a quote texted to me the next day, Tuesday. It was a price with a few details. He said to let him know if I was interested and he would get me a more detailed quote. I texted right back and thanked him and said I would let him know in a few days if he got the job. I texted him Friday that we were interested, and to please send me the more detailed quote. I never heard back from him. I also texted him today, Monday, and never heard back from him. It has now been two business days, and I haven’t heard hide nor hair from him. A text just takes a few seconds. Even if it is to tell someone that you are just too busy to do the job. Everything about this experience was very unprofessional. Lastly, I told him that I would leave him a bad review on this site. So, here it is.

I called Travis after reading good reviews about his company. He came out that afternoon to give me a bit. It was competive with other bids. He required no deposit and came out about a week later to rebuild a large section of concrete wall that was between my back yard and street. The work was excellent. The stocco matches the rest of the wall and it's very sturdy. He also completely cleaned up the job site and left it looking great. If I have any other masonry or building needs they will be the first company I call to get a bid.

It went well. Travis and his father arrived promptly as scheduled and did exactly what I expected. My GC was upset that they did the job all in one day, vice masonry, waterproofing, bucking/caulking on daily intervals, but I was happy to not have a hole in my house any longer than necessary.

Returned call promptly. Made appointment for estimate & showed up on time. Did not use as estimate was a little higher than another one that I did use. Was very professional & prompt

So amazing. Travis made things easy and had great ideas, which really helped for someone that does not know anything about driveways. We wound up using rock where the roots were and the overall look was so great that It blew away anything I could have imagined. I wanted to add a pad for my trash cans after the project had started and it was no problem. Great to work with and super helpful - very flexible, too! Beat all competitors prices.

Extremely smooth and very timely. The level of detail that went into the project was very impressive. The finished product turned out absolutely beautiful. Not to mention Travis us very professional and personable. We instantly liked him and enjoyed working with him. They do quality work!

Every project he has performed for me has gone flawlessly. From the beginning he understands my needs, the scope of work, if permits are needed, quality expectations, and delivers exactly the product we discussed and agreed upon, usually exceeding my expectations!

Fantastic! Travis was the consummate professional - made appointments and always came when he said he would be there. He was a perfectionist and would accept nothing less - in fact, he was concerned that the original fireplace was too dated looking with a brass finish. I told him we were planning to find someone to paint it. He said no problem, removed and took it with him and brought it back in a perfect matte black finish. 18 months later it still looks great. I would highly recommend Rook's contracting services.

I love the driveway and it was beautifully done. It transformed the look of my home. Travis is nice to work with along with his dad Lamar. I would recommend them as they listen to what you want and deliver!

Travis Rooks came fo my house and gave an estimate that was fair and actually lower than I expected. They worked for two days non stop and did a great job. A father and son team, they were organized and clean and we were very happy with the results. I highly recommend them,

The work was exceptionally and professionally done. After we re-painted the house, you could not tell the difference between the original work and the repair. I would use him again if need be and I would certainly recommend him anyone who need stucco repair work.
