+ 1 moreRich showed up on time and built us a very nice screen room on our house. The job quality is excellent, he was professional as was his apprentice. They finished on time, and cleaned up everything very well. What a great room to relax in now. This is the second home we have used Rich for, and will always use him in the future.

+ -1 moren;t comply with Not too well, despite the contractor's opinion. Starting with the footer that had to be inspected 3 times since the Hillsborough County inspector failed it the 1st two times since the steel re-bar didn't conform the the simple requirements. Extra holes in various members, structural gutters installed that do not drain properly, etc.
Description of Work: Installed a cage screen around my lanai, including the footer into my foundation.
