Was excited about getting my HDMI wires ran through the wall. We had some scheduling issues that to me are no big deal this is a want not an emergency. Talked to Rob on the phone a couple times and had several chat messages. Sent pictures and verified everything as I was quoting out different companies. He said there was no need to come out as his pricing is simple. This price for this and this price for that (can share text messages if needed) First tech comes out says my TV is too big for him to do the work and went over that they will need to drill a hole in the wall and run the cable in conduit outside along the house. No big deal we will reschedule just need to work it around someone being home. Next appointment two people come out and we go over what they need to do. What things I want to do after this as they had no time that day to work on any of it and they started work. The ran to Lowes to get needed parts and grab some lunch. They came back and one had to return due to poor packaging (product they got was not what was in the box when they opened it) The drilled hole in side of fireplace and was unable to get to cables that way. They placed a plate over the hole and used concrete bolts to secure plate (should use counter sing screws but I will remove and patch myself. They got everything run and inside looks pretty good. I will replace the pass-through plate for HDMI female to female plate for a cleaner install. My major complaint is lets go back to the simple pricing. The pricing was from the text messages which I confirmed $100 install, $89 for power plus price of HDMI cables. When the job is done, I am told that the job is well over $1100. I am now mad I showed the installers my phone and the pricing that was gave to me. They said the boss did not know all the work that needed to be done with conduit. Still to me I say that is not what I am told the price would be. The tech did some figuring and it come out to just under $500. I told them to take the money leave and pass along that the Cat 6 cables and surround sound will come from another company. My review would be higher as when you quote a price that is the price. You dont change pricing after a job is complete. It is worth the money to make your home look better, just the shock or how the price changed after completion and the comment of this was a $1,100 job. It is not the responsibility of the customer to call and verify that the first tech that came out relayed the plan. After the tech left, I called the next day to set up appointment and also texted to verify the price was the same and the reply was yes.

They do not stock everything that they needed to do the job in their van and had to have supplies delivered by a runner. Other than that good job
