Unfortunately the appointment time changed twice and technician did not start service until 5 hours after initial appointment time. Other than that, the quality of service was great and the technician was professional.

Terrific! Responsive (he called almost before I finished requesting names of companies) and provided a knowledgeable tech who rendered superior quality service. Couldn't ask for more. (And the English accent was a plus, too!)

He came under sort notice, performed the work perfectly, reasonable price and didn't charge us a crazy rate because of the holiday. I would definitely hire him again.

The work to install the tv and fireplace went perfectly.

Rob and his installer were professional, responsive, personable and did a very good job installing our digital TV antenna. Initially we had a little trouble receiving some of the channels we wanted because of the big oak tree in our front yard. We called Rob and he sent out his technician to install a signal booster at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the antenna's performance and "cutting the cord" from cable TV.
