Tech was on time and very professional. He needed some assistance in holding the TV and Rob came out quickly and assisted. I was very pleased with the professionalism. DId a great job.

Explained entire process and costs before being hired. Installers were early, called to let me know they were coming. Very professional and personable. Walked me through the options and gave advice when asked. Cleaned up everything - including vacuuming - before leaving. Highly recommended!

I typically don’t write reviews but I must say Rob and his team, specially Dan are great. Rob kept me updated throughout the scheduling process and ensured the job was done in the agreed upon timeframe. Dan installed the bracket and tv, he was fantastic. He was very thorough, took the time to explain the feature of the mount, and also very clean. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The guys that did my work did a fabulous job! My only issue with this company is that I hired them to connect my Onkyo receiver to various other speakers they would be installing. When they arrived I learned suddenly that an important output wasn’t functioning. So after much discussion with Rob I agreed to buy a new receiver for them to install. I researched and agreed he would order a specific Denon model and paid in advance. When they returned to finish my install they brought a lesser model than I ordered and paid for!! I was not at all happy about that. Rob did refund a portion of my payment but in the end I did not get what I wanted. Nonetheless everything works great and I am happy with that!

Owner was extremely responsive to my inquiries and explained the various choices of services thoroughly. Representative came out on time and even took the time to assure a clean work area by putting down appropriate flooring protection. Wall mount looks AMAZING!

I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves.

Rob the Brit just setup our house for Networking, complete with a Switch and all. Technician was on time, courteous, and thought out of the box when he ran into a snag. The cost of the service was also very reasonable. Now I know who to call when I need to hang my new TV (when I get it). Thanks, Rob the Brit...Cheers.
