The installation crew provided was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. They made no decisions without my requested input. The installation was exactly what I wanted, they took the time to fully explain the operation of the equipment and surprisingly, actually cleaned up when they were finished.

Unbeknownst to me, Spectrum Cable only provides their cable box. Although the builder of our home installed all components to hide wires and cables behind the walls, Spectrum, on site, told me it’s outside their service contract to hide the wires/cables. Through this online service, I found Rob. He called me almost immediately. He gave me a quote over the phone, to which I agreed. Turns out the TVs had not even been installed properly. Rob’s staff fixed the TVs, then ran the wires and cables behind the walls. These guys went above and beyond what they were hired to do. In spite of the extra work performed, they charged the same amount we agreed upon. In good conscience, I could not just pay this amount, so gave them a bonus. Thanks, Rob, to you and your staff for a job well done, and for them being so courteous and cleaning up when they finished.

These guys were awesome, not only do they have fanatic prices but their service is phenomenal. I hired them for several different projects but the one that stands out is the installation of speakers in our patio. They went so far as to go out and by a small can of color matched paint to hide the little bit of speaker wire that was exposed, they focus on that level of detail. They were everything we expected and then some.

We needed a new sound system for our clubhouse. Rob analyzed our room and proposed the most logical system for us which none of our other vendors even thought of. The work started on time--the installers were polite-knowledgeable and neat. they went above and beyond to make sure the integrating of our old system worked seamlessly with the new one. They made sure everything was adjusted to our liking and explained all the features to us. Price was right and a great job-----5 stars in our book.

On time. Knowledgeable and good communication both prior to the installation and during. Had internet problems due to Frontier error in home office software configuration. These guys were patient and talked me thru local troubleshooting and recommended I call the cable co. Nice smart hard working team3 of them)
