I was having issues with my laptop computer & my provider Spectrum could not help me & referred me to Microsoft for assistance. I had a few unfavorable experiences with Microsoft Tech support so when I heard a radio commercial for Ripcord Technical Support on my radio I decided to give them a try since they offer your first service for free. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call at the agreed time. My Tech Support Specialist was Brent, & he proceeded to connect to my computer remotely after I explained the issues that I was experiencing. I was very impressed with the determination that Brent showed in solving the issue that I was having. It was clear that he was not going to give up until it was taken care of. He spent about an hour with me & he made sure that I was not having the same problem after he was finished. I was so appreciative of the service that I offered to pay but he insisted that their policy was to not charge for the first call. I hope that Ripcord is around for a long time because I have never had better service from any other Tech support company that I ever used and their prices are very reasonable as well.
