Tech came out and listen to outside a/c said sounded like compressor is bad, then checked the compressor with his tools and said it was bad. Took 5 min. to do that. Quoted about $1000.00 to replace. I got a 2nd opinion from another Heating & A/C company. These guys from the other company practically disassembled the a/c and did a real diagnostic test by checking all the caponets and found the defrost board was bad and the compressor was good. They didn't charge anything saving me $1000.00. I love this other company Heating & A/C for that and their honesty. I'm glad I sweated for 2 days in almost 90 degree weather for that 2nd opinion.

I met Rick through a client of mine who they were pleased with and I eventually met another reputable builder in Hyde Park that used them on her jobs. Working by referral myself, I was already pre-sold. I called him when my A/C broke at one of my rental properties and they had a guy come out in two hours and without any additional fees or trip charge. Further, when my husband and I were building a new home, we asked the builder if Rick Jr. and his team could handle the electrical work and they not only won our bid but two other homes as well. He was very flexible for our needs and changes to the home.

INSTALLATION WASN'T FLUSH AND HE INDICATED HE COULDN'T INSTALL IT FLUSH, THOUGH THE LAST FIXTURES WERE. UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
