Total roof done within a week of hiring this company. Great job, good follow-up. Now that we've had a couple of really hard rains it's the best!

You are never sure until the roof repairs are tested by rain. I did receive a 2 year warranty.

They were very professional and the job is beautiful as well as functional. We are so happy they had a solution to the roof that turned out not to be shingles but was a flat roof. They also did additional repairs and checked the roof for any other issues. We will be selling the house and recommending them to make the repairs.

Very fair pricing; fast, totally professional crew (work animals!). if you need roofing work done, hire these guys...they are good.

Rhyne Restoration is managed and owned by a very honest and upfront person, Todd Rhyne. Todd responded within minutes of me placing a home advisor request for roofing service. He came over with his sidekick Jody and together educated and worked with me to replace my roof. He's a southern boy from Kentucky that shoots straight and honest with you. He means what he says and he backs it up. He was extremely competitive price wise and I encourage everyone looking for roofing services to give him a shot. You will make a friend! Good luck!

Very honest and great service, on time and professional

Working with Jody was exceptional. He explained everything from the materials that they used and how they would do the job. Rhyne Restoration was fast, from the time I talked to Jody to the time that they completed the work. They did a great job on the roof. I'm happy with my new roof.

They were less expensive than the other company that I contacted and they did a good job on fixing the dead valley that was casing the leak.

Todd Rhyne came out very quickly to survey the hail damage to our roof. He also made himself available to be on site when our insurance adjuster came out. As soon as we got the approval from our adjuster, we scheduled the job. They had a large crew and the work was completed within two days. The cleanup was perfect and the roof was professionally done and looks like new.

The Rhyme Team actually visited the House and went up on the roof. All others used a satellite estimating service. As a result I was able to get a more accurate assessment of the roof damage and saved a significant amount of money. Communication was timely and the job was scheduled quickly and work was performed to my expectations. I would use them again. 5 out of 5 for sure.

I am so glad I did my research and found the best of the best! Top-notch service and quality. Very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was outstanding and it was all done in one day! The yard was left pristine. The project manager "Chris Keen" stayed on the job the entire time supervising his crew and making sure everything was perfect. Rhine Restoration was great! The first contractor I hired bailed on me, and they picked up the ball and ran with it. They worked with the insurance company and helped to minimize my out-of-pocket expenses. And the quality of their work was very good. I went up on the roof after they left to make sure they had done the flashing around the chimney properly and as we agreed, and they had. They did leave a few nail on the roof, and I had to readjust the gutter guards myself after they left, but other than that, they really did a good job. I'm sure my new roof will last me another 20-30 years or more. I'd definitely recommend Rhine to others and, in fact, plan to use them on other projects in the future.

Mr. Todd Rhyne was very honest and down to earth. The whole team was very professional. I would recommend him, as a matter of fact I did recommend him to my neighbor. He has also replaced their roof. If I ever need any roofing repairs or replacement I would hire Rhyne Restoration again. It feels good to know that there are still companies out there that are not in business to rip off people and still do quality work.

I contacted RHYNE when I discovered a leak in my roof. Their representative , Chris Keen, came to my house and inspected the roof. His thorough inspection included pictures of the area in question. He explained the repair work in details that I could understand. RHYNE returned two days later and completed the repair including pictures of the finished work. RHYNE provided great service at a fair price.

Friendly, informative, helpful. Went beyond required service and found a good price to replace gutters rather than put the old sub-standard ones back up. When it rained and they could not do roof on day they said; I was given a call and explanation for delay, Customer service and followup excellent. workers courteous and left yard, etc. clean. Very knowledgeable of product and how to handle insurance claim, I would highly recommend Chris and Rhyne.
