Completed job in a professional manner would definitely use this firm again

I couldn't be any happier with the company. There was a small issue on the roof that didn't pass city inspection, however it was fixed and corrected right away! If there were 6 stars, they would have gotten it! I have second property that will need a new roof within the next couple of years and I will not need to do any shopping around. I am SUPER SATISFIED!

His company was able to provide great financial options for paying for a new roof. After work was completed, Juan provided all required paperwork for my insurance claim. For new roof, I contacted big retailer, Rhyne and one other roofing company. Rhyne was very professional, prepared, and answered all questions. The big retailer rep was rude and condensending, and the other company never showed. Rhyne did the work on time and as promised. Their crew was very organized and did not stop work until finished. I would highly recommend this company for roofing work.

I highly recommend Rhyne Restoration. They did a great job reroofing my home, which had been hit by hail. As Rhyne's website says, this company is different from most. ”Each and every one of our employees are family—they do not work for us, they work with us!” Throughout the process I too felt like I was part of the Rhyne family. All the Rhyne employees are professionals. The roofers did their work with skill and care. Project Manager Tony Velez is a gem. He is very knowledgeable and guided us as we made various design decisions. Once the project was underway, Tony was in constant contact with me either calling or texting me and keeping me appraised of the project's status. He was/is extraordinary and a shining example of the caring Rhyne family. The reroofing went very smoothly. It was done in a day and when the workers were done, except for a new roof, you hardly knew they'd been there. The mess caused by the removal of the old roofing material was completely cleaned up before the roofers left. Thanks Rhyne team. The new roof looks great! I am completely satisfied!

They have sub contractor people,They were rushing to replace some of the plywood sheating ,But the rotten trusses they dont replace.They dont even bring 2x4 woods for trusses,rafter,rafter tail.They never ask the owner,never inspect the framing before they install the board. There no supervision,A sales person who was the one act like supervisor for about 2 hours in 14 hours job site.He knows nothing.He just waiting for the rest of the payment. After the job done, they never inspect, Only us the owner did the inspections. There are soft spot,low spot,the flashing sticking up and more.We have argument to come back and fixed the problem,Warranty,they dont like to recognized. We gonna file small claims in court,up to $ 5 K ,cost excluded.Very bad,bad experiencein our part..
