Horrible experience. Don't hire this company. After Ralph got half of the total cost of the job, he took forever to start the project. I had to constantly text him and call him. He would give all sorts of excuses for not starting the job. After starting the job he took forever to do it, about four months, it was like pulling teeth and in actuality he never finished it even though I paid him in full. I called him a couple of times, to finish the job and he would tell me..."this week" but he wouldn't. I finally realized that he was not going to finish it. Now I'm going to have to hire another person to finish the job. Ralph is a dishonest and deceitful person. Stay away from him.

Job was left unfinished having to find someone to finish work even though he got his money

Ralph presented as a Christian. He did not finish the job. The pavers were done poorly and had to be retouched multiple times. He promised benches that were never installed in our prayer garden Gazebo. Pavers came up missing during the long process that should have been completed sooner. Eventually, Ralp would not answer or return calls.

Ralph is the greatest! He paid attention to what I needed a wall repair, a door repair, and putting wood on top of my lanai ceiling. Ralph came out once to inspect the work in progress and final inspection, Julian and Tina who did the job were super fantastic, Have then in line to do more work.

The owner Ralph came out to inspect my outdoor kitchen for re-fitting a new grill into it. I was told my other contractors that I needed to rebuild the entire setup cause the frame was rusted. Ralph diagnosed the situation and provided me a solution I could not refuse. Honesty and promise to the project was fulfilled. Jullian was the man who made my project come true! Thx Jullian! I now have a new grill in the existing built-in. Jullian cut out new specs for the new grill and was done smoothly. Looks like it was never cut into. The framing was cleanup up and sturdy and he even built an addition to ensure stability. Jullian cleaned up at all times and made sure I was a happy camper. Thx Resources Company! I will be hiring them again for sure.

I hired this company through Ralph to make two mailbox pillars, one on either side of my driveway. I purchased the mailbox, and the torches that were supposed to go on the top of them. I hired them to do that on August 17, 2023. Itâ s now January 2024, I had to fire the company because they never completed the work. They told me the job would take four days. Four months later, they still didnâ t have it done. In the meantime, they broke a vintage irreplaceable nutcracker that was life-size. They also ruined my security cameras where I had to buy new ones, and they also unplugged a freezer in my garage and I lost almost $1000 worth of food. They never would get in contact with me. They would come at all random times. They told me an initial plan, but never followed through with that. They made promises and also said that God has his hands on my project, knowing Iâ m Christian. I would never hire this company for anything.

Put my kitchen island together in 2hrs. Beautiful job, very efficient.

I would highly recommend this company. Mine was a restoration on an insurance claim. From the owner/contractor to the different craftsmen on the job, they were very professional and knowledgeable about their specific jobs. They made suggestions on ways I could save money and didn't suggest unnecessary fixes like the other two quotes I received. Very honest and fair. I will definately use them again for any projects I have.

I would always prefer to get all work written up. I have no paperwork on my project. Iâ m also unsure why a deposit was necessary when I furnished the material. Having said that I am pleased with how the project turned out and I would use them again.

Ralph provided amazing customer service. He really cares about his customers. Very easy to work with. Jamison did a very professional job. Very hard working, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. They also installed a dishwasher the week before. I will definitely call them for any future needs!
