While they were able to do what was needed, I was concerned about some of the methods used. I would have appreciated if some of the work could have been done without the unnecessary drilling to find wall studs, etc.

Ralph the owner was very responsive. His workers were a little interesting to work with.

Can you confirm if this is the comment you were trying to post? I hired this company on May 2 to remove and install a bathroom vanity, mirror and light fixture. This job that I was told would take one day is still not complete and I can't get any response from my emails or phone calls in the past 2 weeks except a text last week that said he "couldn't talk right now". Apparently, he is having employee problems. For my original meeting with Ralph, the owner of the company, he called 2 hours after our scheduled meeting and said that he was on the way. I should have told him never mind. But he seemed like a nice older gentleman who talked about his religion and his grandkids. He even admitted that his prices were more expensive but that was because he did back ground checks on his employees. Well the first day a man showed up, 1 1/2 hours late, and tore out the old vanity, mirror and light fixture and left without installing the new mirror and light fixture or prepping the walls for painting. I called to ask Ralph why and was told that his daughter was sick and he had to pick her up from school but he would come back the next day. The next day he didn't show up and I didn't receive a call so I called Ralph and was told that the 'employee' was still sick but he would send someone else. At this point I wasn't too concerned because I had to order my vanity from Home Depot and it would take a week to arrive. I told him that we would take care of the walls so it would be ready. But it would have been nice to have the mirror and lights installed while I waited for the vanity. This didn't happen. I contacted Ralph when the vanity arrived and we made an appointment to meet at Home Depot and pick it up. I arrived 30 minutes early and he arrived 1 1/2 hours late. He took the vanity to my house dropped it off and left. A few days later a different person showed up to install the vanity. He cut a jagged hole in it for the pipes and had his wife there to help him install it. He also hung the mirror, and installed the faucet and light fixture. The mirror was off center and crooked and the drain does not hold water. (I had to order the granite top separately so I had to wait a couple more days for that. We went to a granite place that Ralph works with and I chose a sheet of granite which had to be taken to another company to cut. I told Ralph that I wanted a square sink but he said they only have round so he told me to order one to have them install it. We took the sink to the company and handed it to one of the owners. When my counter top arrived it did not have the sink I purchased installed, it had a rectangle sink. Whatever, I was just happy to have it installed.) Then a couple of days later a third employee of Ralph's showed to, I thought, finish the job. I asked him to rehang the mirror, do something about the jagged hole that was cut in the side of the vanity and fix the drain. The whole time he was pointing out all of the mistakes the first 2 employees

Had many small annoying projects that I either didn't have the tools or the skills to complete myself, and this company was not only able to complete everything, but they provided excellent quality with every detail.

The plumber experienced unexpected problems but worked through them until the job was completed.

Excellent company. Ralph is very honest and friendly and so are all the people who work for him. I highly recommend them

From the estimate, to the work, to the follow up, Resource Companies was terrific. We had to replace the decorative trim work on base of four outdoor columns with Hardy Board. Ralph (owner) assessed the damage, gave reasonable estimate, Calvin did the work and Tina handled invoicing. Looks better than new! Will definitely use again!

They were really professional on phone. very personable. He made me feel comfortable about what he was going. Ralph was really great. Communicated his times with me.

All of the contractors within the company had years of experience and did top quality work.

I discussed the problem with Ralph, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and suggested a less expensive approach to try. Mark was sent to perform the work. He came on time. In assessing the situation, he was able to come up with a much less expensive solution. From a $115 initial quote, I was charged $50 and the problem seems to have been resolved. We'll see. When we were selling our home, the inspection report required several repairs before closing. Ralph Cole gave us a very reasonable bid and completed the work before closing. Two days before closing, I dropped a soap dispenser which broke a bathroom sink. Ralph immediately sent a worker to remove the damaged sink from under the granite counter and replace it with a new sink -- all before closing.

They have very fair prices and great customer service.

Project went off without any problems. This was a demo project and the site was left clean and all materials were removed. Over all an excellent job

Mr. Cole is very prompt, professional. He even helped me pick the appropriate light fixtures. He sent one of his employee who knows his stuff and so patient. The fee is quite reasonable. We will be using them for more repairs.

I must say that after the owner of the company contacted me after my review I was quite surprised. He made sure I was happy with the work.and made good about the price from the original estimate. I Received a check two days later for the full amount over the original estimate... Rsource Companies and its owner Ralph Cole were a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again. The work they did was great and its nice to know that their are good people out there.

The owner Ralph from the moment we spoke about the project was on it! Detailed and very prompt.. Ralph met us on a Sunday and outlined the project with great follow up with project timeline spot on! We were provided an employee by the name of Mark, who was terrific. Mark handled a difficult flooring issue with ease and left us with exactly what we wanted. Mark was professional and courteous when working at the house. We will definitely be using Resource Companies for future projects. Blessings to Ralph and his crew for much continued success... I called this company at la as t minute when another company did not show up. They were there in 1 hour to inspect and give me an estimate. They scheduled the work the very next day. How awesome
