They came to estimate very quickly and had someone out to complete the work within the week. The price was very reasonable and well done. They hung a sunshade awning (attached to house and fence) and two solar motion lights. I will definitely use them again.

Best Handyman service in Tampa! Their work truly speak for itself. If you are looking to conduct any types of upgrades or small projects throughout your home, I'd recommend them 110%. The team is manage by Ralph, who I believe is a natural leader and manager in the field. He's very responsive, respectful, prompt, pays attention to details, he addresses your concerns attentively and take action on them in a timely manner; Overall Ralph is fair in terms of prices and manages his team of workers professionally. I must say one of the workers name Larry has great work ethic and many thanks to him also. As an active duty soldier, I manage my Tampa home from out of states, Ralph and team made the process from far so easy and help minimized the stress associated with home improvement and dealing with construction work!! I'm also a very detail person and can spot imperfections from photos, so if they were any miscommunication, Ralph handled them professionally and promptly. On many occasions I would give them items number for materials needed for a project , Ralph would then had those items ordered, picked up from Lowes and made the transaction so seamless. I hired Resource Companies, Inc in mid-November of last year, I intended to do some upgrade to both my bathrooms and ended up with touching every inch of my house!! I was very satisfied with the work completed and kept re-hiring the company to conduct more projects simultaneously. Resource Companies Inc. is the true handyman company, they appeared to be specialized in everything except lawn service and roofing. Most importantly they do their job well and very concern about their customers satisfaction. Just to name a few work I had done in a very short period of time, you'll see the variety of skills sets these guys possess. They started after Thanksgiving and was done way before Christmas, any delay was because I kept adding new projects :-)) 1- Remodeled master and guest bathroom (I replaced both vanities with new vanities; replace mirrors, new faucets, new paints, new towel rods, new toilet paper holder installed, new shower head set replaced; glazed/refinished two bathtubs, glazed guest shower wall to new more modern white color, clean, caulk, &seal tiles, replace drain cover in shower) 2- Paint: Painted all bedrooms, closets, most of the main living areas were also repainted, Painted exterior front porch that was peeling off!; painted outdoor shed. They even re-paint my back door that looked so moldy and dirty! 3- Replaced smoke detectors 4- Pressure washing the whole house, driveway and fence 5- Replace wood trims that was peeling off from my laminated floor at the entry way. 6- Installed backlash in the kitchen 7- install tile in my shower floor! I can keep going but I don't want to bored many of you with this lengthy reviews. Ralph and team went above and beyond and I would hire them from now on for all my projects and would recommend you do the same.

They were prompt, did a good job, they left everything clean and overall I was happy with their service.

They installed posts on front porch, built a banister and stilts on porch, installed shutters and smaller items such as mailbox and numbers. Upgraded the curb appeal of whole house.

Very responsive, courteous, and thorough. They came out quickly and did the job thoroughly and neatly (removed bathroom vanity, installed replacement vanity, reconnected the sink plumbing, and replaced a toilet in another bathroom). Later the next morning there was a small leak in the sink plumbing they had reconnected. The handyman came back that day and fixed it and was able to describe what he found he had done wrong the day before.

Attention to detail. Would definitely hire again! Very Very pleased with work done.

Owner, Ralph Cole and his employee, Ron, were both absolutely outstanding! I needed a 70lb expensive mirror hung above a bar and needed it in a hurry for an upcoming event at my home. Ralph, was not only extremely helpful, but had Ron out to my house the same day. The mirror was very difficult to hang based on its size and shape and it was further complicated by the wiring that had to be removed and rewired. Ron insured he had the proper hooks for the weight and cleverly found a solution to ensure it was hung on the stud and absolutely safe from falling. I am thrilled to have found a professional, courteous, and trustworthy company that has reliable and experienced workers like Ron who took great care in handling my high ticket item. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you Ralph and Ron!
